Yes! My sister and I flew to the Philippines to attend his wedding. That was the most memorable times, meeting him in person and his wife Dea, and their parents, Michael Pangilinan, some artists and everyone else who attended the wedding. In the Philippines, it is very difficult to have a fav singer! I listen to my supposed fav singer and hear another singer who then becomes my fav and so on and so forth. There is simply just so many of them that by the time I go back and listen to that first singer I thought was my fav, weeks, months have passed. So now, I just listen to all of them and enjoy it. But the funny thing is, everyday, literally everyday,someone new comes up and is just as great in their own way just like everyone is.I’ve lived in the States for 40 years but always go back to Filipino artists/ singers because they are just so good and are all so underrated and are undiscovered here in the States. I was listening to one of your vlogs or podcast just last night and totally agree that a lot of artists here in the States who are promoted are Popular but not really and genuinely Talented but simply Popular. Today they’re here and Tomorrow, they are Gone! I love listening to both the very old and the very Young and current singers in the Philippines because their talents are apparent and their music is timeless any day.

Agree with the guy who said they need to have the right people write their songs if they need to penetrate at least a tiny bit of the US market. Look at Charice Pempengco when she was given Pyramid... My. Gasssh! The way that song was produced was like a "real" Pop song.

these amazing guys are products of singing competition here in the Philippines. Daryl is from the voice of the Philippines, Khimo is grand champion of idol Philippines(2nd season) and Sam is from Tawag ng Tanghalan

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I don't follow OPM solo artists that much, but I love it when they form these transient trios and dazzle us with their vocals. Khimo Gumatay is an undiscovered gem.
