The skill and effort it takes to sit down and write lyrics, consistently, has been vastly overlooked throughout the history of Hip Hop. I hate to say this because he's my favorite Wu member but Gza appearances lately the past few yrs not weak lyrically but his delivery not the same. Mind you I believe he's at a point in his life where he's more on the retirement side other than still doing dope performances. I say this in a way that I do understand if that's where he at at this point in his life he has nothing to prove and other than his group efforts or whatever collabs, Liquid Swords is def a prime example. Beneath The Surface as well but especially Liquid Swords. That's def a true classic within it's self
