Sorry guys, I was wrong about the Gradient maker - as I said in my previous video, that info was from a Live Stream where the artist Nikko didn't really showed the Gradient Maps adjustment. So I thought we were getting one - I guess we're not for now :) , but still, this is a super cool feature, kind of better than just a gradient maker in my opinion (if I had to choose one for this update)

I’m glad someone finally said this. I really thought the feature wasn’t working properly or I was doing something wrong. To be honest... I’m still not exactly sure what this is for.

This looks like it'll be a lot of fun to experiment with, but god damn I just want the ability to add a gradient effect to the solid colour backgrounds in my images. I dunno why such a standard feature is taking so long to implement in Procreate.

Thank you for the freebie brushes and canvas templates! I had a question on the canvas template--I tried to create my own template and clicking on CYMK (like you provided in the freebie canvas template), but when I went in to use this new canvas template that I created, the color profile shows it as sRGB instead of CYMK? Why is that? I'm concerned because I do want to eventually print the file with a professional printing company? Thoughts on this dilemma? Thanks!

that is a VERY good feature that I would like it to see it as well implemented in the final version!

But it seems to only affect one layer? I would like it to create gradient based on many layers like in photoshop

How come I don’t have the pencil icon?

I have several gradient maps built-in to my procreate five. And I am on iOS 14. Using my iPad Pro I have added a gradient map using the camera on my iPad Pro. Is there a way to add that grading pallet to the gradient library? Otherwise I’m still totally stumped and being able to use a Gradient map and really disappointed.

That is I added a gradient palette to my procreate 5X using the camera on my iPad Pro. It seems that if I could add that pallet to the gradient pallet library I could create using that pallet otherwise I’m totally stumped as to how to use the gradient map feature please help

What if I theoretically deleted all of the gradient samples and want them back?

This tool wasn’t really what almost all expected...

Hi, my friend! Hi guys! Amazing video! :) I need help with a question: I have a 7th generation Ipad and I updated my IOS to version 14, so I can use the 5x procreate (because I read that this IOS was necessary to run the new features). But after downloading the new version of procreate, I realized that two of the new tools do not appear in my procreate menu: Scribble and face painting. My apple pencil is 1st generation, but I don't think this is a problem. Would anyone know how to give me a tip or help me? My Ipad was supposed to be compatible, right? Thank you!

Hi! Unfortunately the developers at Procreate said that face paint is not compatible with 7th gen iPad, it has specific camera requirements so it only works with iPad Pro 2018-2020, iPad 8th gen, iPad mini 5 and the recent iPad Air models. About the scribble thing, I have a 6th gen iPad and 1st gen Apple Pencil, and it works fine on mine, so it should work on yours. I would suggest you contact Apple support or try to google and find any solutions. Hope this helps!
