After researching the product Frying Pan JIU, I ordered 3 for my family. I found it unique to add some fun for cooking for dinner. I love the fact one can cook and serve the meal in the same cookware from stove top to oven applications.

I have to say, I am normally really impressed with the productions and the videos on this channel and all the manufacturers that you cover. However, the one thing that did concern me seriously was the gentleman that was using a lathe, and to protect himself he was holding up a piece of cardboard. He should have a good pair of safety glasses, at least, and a pair of work gloves which he did have. Will look into purchasing this.
プレスで大きなフライパンが、日本でも作成されているのは知りませんでした。金型で一機に成形されるのは見事です。多くのプロセスを経て製造されるのは見事です。
QUÉ LINDO CORTO!!!. 🎬🎥🎞🔩⚙️🔧🗜 GRACIAS!, SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA!🇦🇷🙋🏻♀️
Love how the worker near the beginning has the best eye protection against flying pieces of metal- a piece of cardboard!!!

Note the sparks? He’s hard-turning pieces to those stamping dies. The chips coming off that workpiece are *HOT.* That said, he needs to be wearing full-on safety glasses or goggles. Non-side-shielded safety glasses stop *most* stuff coming off the lathe, mill, etc. I’ve needed to go down the hall to the bathroom more than once and flush my eyes to get a chip out, and I’m doing this stuff at home. My regular wear glasses *are* safety glasses, by the way - just no permanent side shields. (I have slip-on side pieces.)

@1:18 Is it the way to make the job safe?!! Eye protection by shielding the face with a piece of a cardboard?!! >8=[ ]
*A shame that as industrialized and hi-tech as Japan is, employers don't enforce employees wearing safety glasses, especially when they're dealing with machinery in this video. They have an equivalent to OSHA over there it's called..."Japanese Industrial Safety and Health Act".*

why are japanese people stupid? on 1000 action with glasses the machine does not project any danger.. you do not need glasses. it is up to the worker to wear them or not.. But the product is in very high quality..50 piece wheight higher than 20 kg see at 5:10..🤣🤣👍👍🇩🇿🇩🇿

An excellent craftsman may not be able to make an accurate judgment unless he works while checking with the naked eye. For example, your country's railway system is judged as not meeting safety standards in Japan. Japanese people don't criticize your country's railways for that. Not all Japanese working environments are safe, but they are better than your country's products.

@@himajinkazutaka98 a craftsman isn't going to make any judgment without eyes. That is zero excuse for not using eye protection. If the process can't be done safely then the process needs to change.

@@randylahey2242 Now for the question. Are the products they make in this video inferior? Please do not treat Japanese craftsmen and foreign craftsmen the same. Many skilled craftsmen in Japan can check the quality of their products with their ears, hands and eyes.

As a retired machine tool setter what really disturbs me watching this is the lack of safety equipment , especially guards on the power presses. These practices would be highly illegal in the UK and would cost the company a heavy fine and an enforcement order. Even the none wearing of safety glasses and ear defenders is not allowed here.

@@himajinkazutaka98 this has to be a japanese copy of the 50-centers. I have consulted in several of the japanese companies that made "made in japan" the icon of quality it was in the 00s (and still is for the older people in the west) and this is not that. This is cheap manufacturing of lackluster products at prices you should be ashamed to be asking for. Trying to ride the coat tails of those who truly care about their products and show true dedication to their creation.
A lot more labor intensive than it needs to be IMO.
Это шляпа, а не сковорода.
