I think that is a mess made by google translate, I see the title in Swedish and that is not a better translation, it's even hard to figure out what it mean. The source to the problem is probably the English title where is say electronic wire instead of power cord.

@@isoslow Для начала по себе людей не судят. Дурачков увидишь дома. И в зеркале посмотри. Согласен, что был не внимателен. Здесь действительно без разницы - это провод без заземления. А вот если был заземляющий контакт - то есть регламент. PS Вилка Шуко имеет заземление.

@@vadim45-72 Это зависит от того, соблюдаются ли стандарты, как включается вилка (можно легко включить и наоборот), кто производил установку, обнулена ли она (тогда при обратном включении может произойти фазование) или заземлена . Единственный стандарт, который не разрешает обратное включение - английский.

True story. I was working in a factory doing electrical work hooking up one of those injection mold machines for making plugs and cords. I swapped the 480 feed with the 208 fee by accident and burned up a million dollar machine. So much smoke came out of the electronics.
