Great Forging Practice and Procedure with a good sequence of Operations / activities, I do not agree using Old Rail Head as Raw Material, this is not a proper Material for such a tool, why manufacturers do not contact Metallurgical Engineers to advise them a Proper Material and how to prepare it. Also Workers be provided proper PPEs. Thanks for Good Effort preparing Video.

What type of steel do you think is more suitable i have seen old ⚓ 🔗 been used as the stock. I find it interesting to see something that economics and regulations have driven away from Europe and the workshop style of making with much more of a craft than simply closed die pressing in a sequence in a much more clinical production line process
