@Galaxyfnaf And Dino theoretically, Disney does with the Aerosmith roller coaster; 0-60. However, Six Flags and other theme parks do have faster coasters. I’ve had a instance at Astroworld(six flags) where I couldn’t ride the dungeon drop the first time! I lost weight that year and finally rode it before the theme park closed down! Op is right though!

I actually appreciate this being a large guy myself. Nothing is more embarrassing for me then standing in line for hours just to not ride it because of size. Everyone is looking at you, and it’s an awful feeling, but I understand the rules, and it’s my fault.

I hat that too. But one of my main problems Is that my legs are shorter while my torso is longer. So most people don't even call me fat but I am. I am Fat. But I will fit on mostly all the rides at Universal except the Forbidden journey as my bust is way to big for the chest harness. But with my legs being so much sorter than the rest of me, every time I sit in a seat my legs never touch the ground or the bottom of any ride. The hippogryph ride is one of the only rides where my feet can actually hit bottom. So I always have a problem even getting any traction to pull the lap bars down. I ask for help and the staff will not help me at all. I have massive muscles in my arms so when I try to pull the lap bar or harnesses down all I am doing is pushing my entire body out of the seat against the bar/harness. So my butt is no longer in the seat.

So when you find ones that are fat friendly then that's a good thing. Sometimes all we can do as larger people is work on our weight so we too can enjoy things in life, which I've been trying myself to do for years.

Thanks for the honesty and information. I had been holding off going to the park for this ride because I didn’t think I’d fit, but now that I saw you get on I feel much more optimistic. The website says 40” waist and I wear a 46”, but currently the only ride I don’t fit on is Forbidden Journey - every other ride I can get on, even Hagrid’s in the motorcycle seat. Typically older Intamin rides aren’t designed for bigger people like B&M is (I love Mako and the other B&M hyper/giga seats and even get airtime on them - super comfortable even though I’m big). I have been to Cedar Point and rode Millenium and TTD but I weighed a lot less then. I just rode Superman at SFNE (Intamin mega coaster) last week and since I have gained weight that ride was extremely uncomfortable, although I did fit on. The sad news was I could not ride their RMC (Wicked Cyclone) so I know now I need to lose a bit of weight in order to ride Iron Gwazi when it opens. I’m glad to see Intamin has modified their restraints to try to make it a little more accommodating - I also want to go to BG Williamsburg and ride Pantheon too when that opens. I think it all has to do with where you carry your weight. I’m 6’1” and about 285 so I typically just squeeze on most rides, but I’m still inspired to lose a little more. When I was around 250 pre-pandemic, I fit on everything at Universal and Busch Gardens, even the “normal” B&M seats so I could ride back row on Montu, Kumba, and Hulk. Also shout out to Premier Rides - their cars are incredibly accommodating - I can ride Tigris over and over and it’s super comfortable and I can’t wait for Ice Breaker. Anyways my point in all of this is to say that I really can relate and I really appreciate you talking about rides for bigger people. I wish there was more content about this other than just a few Reddit posts where people get fat-shamed. I appreciate that you have no shame in your game, but also that you are motivated to stay healthy and continue to lose weight so that you can get on more rides. It’s inspirational to me and to many other people as well - great work! Take care and I hope to see you out in the parks someday soon!

Thank you for the honesty. When you squeezed to fit I knew I’d be uncomfortable. 🥴 I have more work to do on my weight loss but now I have a more specific target. 👏🏾👏🏾

Good video! I'm 6'4" 250lbs myself and always loved coasters but found many super uncomfortable due to my long legs and broad chest. The Loch Ness Monster at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg wrecked my knees years ago, and made the rest of my stay there horrible. Thanks for the video!

I am not sure what embarrassed me more... when Dueling Dragons added the 'fat boy' seats... or the fact that I needed it. I never had a problem fitting in The Hulk seats. 😎

Congratulations on the weight loss. I was waiting and hoping you got to ride this coaster. Your Vlogs are informative and helpful. I will not be going I don't think my heart can take it at my age. But I still enjoy watching your Vlogs. I wish they had these back in my day. That said, keep doing what your doing and have fun doing it. Can't wait to see more future Vlogs.

As a plus size guy 5'11" 330, my comfort park has always been Disneyland since I can still ride 90% of the rides. Recently though I'm struggling on some of my favorites, so this has inspired me to make a change. It's my goal to get my weight down enough so that I can fly to Florida and ride this beast.

I’m so proud of you! I’ve been watching your journey now and I give you so much credit for taking about something most people would be embarrassed to discuss publicly! My friend wasn’t able to get on Hagrids and it changed her life for the better. She’s now lost over 100lbs and is so much healthier then she’s ever been. Keep going and I wish you all the luck in the world with your fitness journey! If I ever see you at the park I will say hello! I’m Chicago Coaster Guy on Instagram!
