Thank you so much! Nodes were a scary part of Blender that I was apprehensive about getting into, I had no idea what they did or how to approach them. Your video has opened that door. Thanks again.

Thank you for the awesome tutorial. As a newbie blender, I'm so confused at procedural material and using the nodes in shader. Your kind, crystal clear and straightforward explanation (w/ bunch of tips) is incredibly helpful in understanding the NODES! I'm watching and learning your previous vids related to this topic one by one, and carving my own material-nodes-diagrams in my mind like a subway map. lol... Thanks again, Mr. King! :)

Thanks so much for a great tutorial. Geometry nodes make a lot more sense when you think of them as object-oriented scripting. As an old programmer it immediately clarified things for me. Looking forward to more.

Cool!
you were so helpful it was actually unbelivable i thought i wouldve just stopped trying to learn nodes but this video was so easy to understand & really was for beginners. Cuz there are some other videos saying its for beginners but goes on a trip to create the most complex node system without explaining one thing. Or you would have to replay the videos millions of times just to catch on to what they are even saying or doing.

I was so overwhelmed with the shading tab when I first started Blender. I’ve completed a few tutorials but nothing has really stuck in my head. You made me no longer feel worried about procedural nodes (until I try and do them myself) and have done a wonderful job explaining it!

@@RyanKingArt Actually I searched the KZread to make sense what is a node editor is. This video I find closely resembles that. As a suggestion, please give a brief explanation about what is and what are we going to do in first few minutes of any video. This would connect to any person who is at any level of expertise as well as to any person who just hits a particular video for a first time. I am just a beginner. Thanks for the video.

The shader section initially felt very magical, with a lot of stuff happening without any clear reason. Through your youtube videos I've managed to get a little understanding of the nodes. This video deepens my understanding of the shader section. I've only watched 35min so far, but thank you for this video.

I've tons of bitmaps that I use in Blender currently. Some tiffs and UV's that I created when I was constructing custom bsp, map levels and objects, weapons vehicles scenery for Halo CE and various gaming groups around 2007 to 2011.. The old jms tag assemblies lightmaps and the ever so blind days of the cmd "wait to see what you baked " lol. I mean, watching a render in real time is only one of many mind blowing assets Blender posses. and it's free!! I paid upward of 2,000 for Autodesk in 2008 to 2010 ver That being said, this node assembly ui and the way the textures and finally materials are constructed is another mind sweeper but you lay it out very well. Thanks again for another stellar tut:)
