Proboscis Monkeys, Labuk Bay, Borneo - 12th September 2014
At the Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary. The monkeys are wild, but are restricted in range because of palm oil plantations which surround the mangroves they live in. They therefore arrive for two feeds a day on the feeding platforms, where they are joined by silver langurs and hornbills.

The male at the beginning, his face. It reminds me of the actor Jimmy Durante. I think this breed is very laid back. Relaxed.
It's the nose I just can't get over it lkke is it real they look like cartoon carector in real life form adorable

These are becoming my favorite monkeys. They seem pretty calm.

Kelihatannya tingkah laku bekantan ini agak berbeda dgn monyet yg lainnya gerakannya santai tdk terlalu agresif, cara makan juga tdk berebutan seperti kera atau beruk ini menurutku lebih seneng melihatnya karena hewan yg bersopan santun .
