In the 9th Question length to be crossed by the train must also be only L, Why did we take 2L?

For 5th question: d= s×t * "t "we can find it from extra distance/ extra speed i.e 40/120-100, 40/20 =2 * relative speed = 100 +120= 220 So, d= 2×220= 440km

For question no.6, we can also solve this way: In 1 hr train T1=90 km then in half an hour 45km .since 90 km/hr Now both the train run at 8:30 pm means time same then equating T=D/S, (x-45)/90 =x/120 x=180km

I didn't understand why in this question they have used (T-0.5). Since it started late it shud be (T+0.5) ryt? And I find your way of solving this much more easier

@@asadarsh11111 suppose they are meeting at 11 pm then A takes 11-8=3, and B takes 11-8.5=2.5.

Sir your way of explanation is so natural and easy..... But when any problem other than your questions comes to me I feel nervous and my mind stops working, actually I forget every concept and method and the question becomes harder and harder.

2nd problem was easy to find by deducting 8 sec from 28 and 200/20 =10 m/s then 10*8 =80 m

Answer pls!!?? A passenger train departs from delhi at 6pm for mumbai. At 9pm an express train, whose avg speed exceeds that of passenger train by 15km/h leaves mumbai for delhi. Two trains meet each other mid-route. At what time do they meet , given that distance b/w the cities is 1080km?

u say in most of the problem train start at same time ... If not then what need to do...explain please. AND if in Q4 extra distance is not 40 km then what to do..?

all explanation and also problem are good bt i have problem in question no 7 if in that we take the speed of first and second person are 4.5 and 5.4 kmph and to overtake them in 8.4 and 8.5 then tell me length of train direction are same

Q6 can be done in just 2 lines Time is constant when 2 objects meet Let P covers x distance and Q covers x+40 distance x/100=(x+40)/120 120x = 100x + 4000 20x = 4000 X = 200 Total distance between P and Q = 2x + 40 = 440km

30:36 In question 6, shouldn't train B take half an hour more than train A since it started late? So the correct equation should be: 90 x T = 120 x ( T + 0.5 ) arent I right?
