It's a subconscious effect based on belief like the law of attraction but not the same. Like a patient gets cured after eating fake medicine if they believe they're taking real medicine. @@trix3794 the subliminal is just a tool for manifestation, all the power is within you, stop giving the subliminal the control and realise that if you want it to happen it will, then everything will fall in place. for me i like to affirm and visualize occasionally while listening to the subliminal. key is to not think about it too much/overthink and just let what ever comes to mind flow. i always get results this way :)
