@Seeker Forever Modi is a leftist inside. He started free UPSC coaching for only muslims in 2015. Record no of muslims are getting selected in UPSC after he came. What will happen when IAS and IPS of a district are muslims and there is a riot by muslims ? There will be more riots by muslims going forward as hindus are minoirty in already 170 districts in the 700 districts of India. Also, Modi has not changed a single page in anti Hindu school texbooks for the last 6 years even after hindus are protesting for many many years. This is making young Hindu kids hate Hinduims right from school age. Modis polices have been completely anti Hindu right from 2014. While he acts as if he is a great Hindu by wearing bhagwa before elections. But this means 0 to Hindus as it only helps for photo ops but no change on the ground for Hindus. @ilk d I don't think a technocrat will make a better politician, just the economic aspect doesn't make a country great. There are many issues to address for a politician. See how diverse is our country and just keeping the house together in a democratic set up like India is a horrendous task. If an employee of a company shows difference of opinion to his boss he is either kicked out of the job or relegated, can a politician do the same with his opponents? Consensus is the key.

Rajivji has been driving this simple message for decades - Decolonise. Firstly in IAS and scholarly works and then in basic education. Secondly we have to move away from job seeking towards job creation. Entrepreneurs and risk takers will be thw leaders of our future. Sir time is moving speedily and we need to work hard. Problem of writing Indian based on Marxist historiography is now showing its impact. Wikipedia, google and newspapers are citing the information presented by Marxist historians which most people believe on in the name of foreign companies. This would impact on the culture, tradition as well as thinking process of Indians in the long run and we would believe what is said by Marxist historiography. We would be enslaved by them and we wouldn't come out of it. British slaved us physically and they are slaving us mentally.

Let me just add a more subtle and dangerous problem to the list. Most of the people are just ignorant and they do not know about what's going on. The effect of the academia upon them is not active but passive. So considering the academic shift occurs it wont have optimum effect upon them . So भारतीयकरण needs to be done at grassroots level too and its us who is required to do the 'tapasya' now.

I am doing History hons from DU..trust me..the same condition prevails..its almost a scam.. all tje professors are from jnu absolutely no jobs are given to Rightist perspectives and historians. All they want to fill in our heads is..how great the mughals were..Specially aurangzeb..absolutely not a single paper about Shivaji is part of the syllabus..its sad...they treat students like baits

The more the protests being carried out against the government the more sane persons are getting polarized in favour of the government. Of late the country is in safe hands and the only thing that we have to take care of is be aligned in favour of the Modi government.

I think the actual colonization started from mughals. Burned downs our Takshila and other universities of ancient times. Our ancient Hindu culture never believed in this type of education. They always held debates among scholars and that was written down, all the pros and cons. They knew knowledge is vast and debatable. After the mughals destroyed the temples, imposed pilgrimage taxes, destroyed vedas and puranas and then the race to colonization started. Then came the Bristish ,further destruction.

I never knew a Sanskrit Chair exists in JNU ..How does it manage to survive , is my concern . I suspect it must be Western Academia Oriented Chair influenced by sheldon pollock wendy cabal ! I do wonder !!
