Pro Tip Tuesday are quick tips to help out your game. Today we are talking about ideas around how to warm up or stay loose. When warming up I have a couple of goals in mind. I want to loosen up my swing so I am ready for competition and I want to create a great foundation for the league or practice session. As an example, while I warm up I "post the shot". The thought is this will then extend into posting the shot during competition. How do you warm up or stay loose? Please post your comments and let's learn together.

Using finger pressure as your adjustment, you are trying to either start the ball up a little sooner in the oil and have a more continuous roll down lane or create more side roll giving you more length & thus more of a "hockey stick" or angular backend shape.
