It's a nice mixture for a "scrub" but it's never actually exfoliate in taking off dead skin.you need a exfoliating mitt,w this you need to steam in a shower or bath for at least 15-30 minutes,just water then you start to exfoliate.this will actually take dead skin off😀

Edelmira Baldonado Hey dear! Take some raw turmeric pieces, some curd, and some besan ( a kind of flour) and mix all this in a bowl while crushing the turmeric pieces simultaneously. Apply this mixture all over your face (you can apply this even on your hands and feet, if you have tanned skin) and leave in on for about 4-5 minutes, or when it is almost dry but not super crumbly (don't wait for it to dry out completely, otherwise you'll get dry and patchy skin) and rinse it off. Scrub your face with the turmeric bits while rinsing, and apply some moisturiser on your skin. And boom! You'll see amazing results in only 3-4 days, if regularly done. Do not forget to apply a good sunscreen before leaving the house, if you live in a tropical country like India. Hope this helped!

The turmeric in the masks are antibacterial and good for acne and other skin infections also gram flour is good for really oily skin, it will purify your skin and remove excess oils, if you already have dry skin don't use chickpea flour, use yoghurt or eggs or aloe vera instead

True..true..I'm south east Asian. And I use most of this receipts except for adding yoghurt because yoghurt isn't 'native' for my ethnic. I use rice flour, turmeric and curcuma powder, sometimes add some ginger powder to make muscle more relax. Eggs, honey, and coconut oil are always give amazing effect on our hair, urang-aring leaf (native plant of Indonesia) and candlenut oil are used to darkened hair naturally.

Lip scrub Sea salt Vegetable glycerin Rosewater Body scrub 1 cup grams flour Yogurt Lemon Whole milk sandalwood powder Turmeric Scalp treatment Yogurt 1 tsp honey Egg Rinse off with Baby shampoo

I did this too all the time. Perfect for my skin. Kitchen remedies are the best. No chemicals what so ever.
