Why Bahria allowed such builders to start,market and sell their projects and easily escape from Bahria. Progressive real state and builders very well know6builders when people started investment in their projects and even their inauguration of new projects the renown builders and even some management people were also their and now they simply say this that people should investigate before doing investment. When you say management of bahria so it is meant that you are responsible for taking care of everything what ever going on inside bahria and what about the Land/plot which these builders left? If people are late in even one of their installment you charge them but what happened if builders are late in delivering their projects and those who have left bahria

Bahria must return the money from such fraud projects. Bahria can sell properties of such fraud builders and return money to the affectees of such fraud builders. If bahria management doesn't do this, it clearly indicates that the bahria management is itself involved in such frauds .

its good to identify fraudster's but let me ask a question , what bharia town has done to the people whose plots went out of boundary ? basically A big fraudster ( bharia town ) is talking about small fraudsters. wah
