You know what’s horrible is the fact that the person she was passing could’ve just slow down and let her back over into the lane. But the entitlement on the road is absolutely crazy. I have seen people literally not let people merge onto the freeway and damn near make them hit the side wall for no reason other than freaking entitlement

She seams like a good person. And obviously the whole situation is tragic. But anyone who drives knows you only pass on dotted lines when it’s safe. If the asshole driver speeds up and becomes unsafe. Doesn’t give you the right to do the same. The minimizing of her fault and responsibility is unbelievable disrespectful to the person who died and the other who was injured. They choose to driving in their lane safely. If she did the same. She would have been late for work. And an innocent person would be alive. Taking responsibility doesn’t make you a bad person. Makes you a person.

This was not an accident. The death of the other person was classified asa homocide by the medical examiner. Ian you did a terrible job with softball queztions and not pressing the it was an accident bs. Instead of slowing down and getting behind the other car when the double yellows started she sped up. She was road raging against the other driver and was not paying attention. She rationalizes no responsibility by saying it was an accident. It was vehicular homocide. This case was a no brainee for any jury. She got special treatment by the prosecution because she was a CO and was hurt. Her lawyer did her a solid in the plea deal getting the vehicular manslaughter charge reduced to just the aggravated assault with a vehicle which is a felony and the secind degree misdemeanor traffic charge. She keot saying it was a misdemeanor. The one charge was but the other is a second degree felony. Near the end she finally slips up and says as a felon. She has no remorse and lied throughout this interview. She should have been sentenced under NewJersey law for 10-20 years for vehicular manslaughter. She received preferential treatment. She is playing the victim throughout this interview because of her injuries that she caused. She was not even wearing a seaatbelt which caused the ejection from the vehicle. There is no way that the families of the two victims agreed to this plea deal and sentence. Of course the families did not want to talk to a person who shows no remorse and takes no responsibility. On a witness stand she would have been destroyed. Then she says I had to leave theso called accident in the past. She is a poor excuse of a human being.

PEOPLE USUALLY DON'T GET A LOT OF TIME FOR VEHICULAR HOMICIDE. I HAVE SEEN CASES WHERE MULTIPLE PEOPLE WERE KILLED AND THE DRIVER DIDN'T GET 4 YEARS. SMH!!! MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE VICTIM AND THE LOVE ONES. 💕 I am the parent of a Murdered Child. 💔 And, I never forget about the victims or their families. I remember that there are accidents. Even though it doesn't matter to a broken heart how you lost someone you love. 🙏
Thanks for sharing your story! Good for you and the way you are coping/handling your situation, it’s encouraging. The sky (and beyond) is the limit!!!
Super brave soul. I was in an abusive relationship for a few years, now after leaving and finding myself again I felt every word she said. My family was supportive of me coming home and rebuilding inside and out. They still haven’t closely seen my scars or even know half of what happened but thanks to her being brave sharing her story, it gives me a little confidence to share mine w my family. Just gives me hope that no matter what happens it’s okay to start new and create a positive new life.

This infuriates me!! Say the truth!! You drove on the wrong side of the road and killed that person😢
Them demples tho 😂😅❤❤ love it
