There was one point where it looked like he threw his arms up and smiled like he was saying "You got me!". That was after the second time the cop asked his name and he said "Jimmy Jones". I think the convict realized he had given the wrong name as he said "Robert Jones" the first time, But luckily for him him the cop was waving a car to proceed when the convict accidently gave the wrong name so the cop never picked up on it.

for anyone wondering this guys name is Richard Lee McNair. After McNair's arrest, he escaped three times from three different institutions using various creative methods. On his first attempt, he used lip balm to squeeze out of a pair of handcuffs. He escaped a second time by crawling through a ventilation duct. In his last escape from a federal prison on April 5, 2006(THIS VIDEO), he escaped by concealing himself in a pallet of used postal mailbags and successfully convinced a police officer he was not the prison escapee but actually a jogger.

Idk what hes done to say if he deserves being locked up or not but one thing i do know is if soneone escapes custody once, they are normally automatically sent to max prisons for the rest of their life. No more minimal security prisons with privilages. Major lapse in judgement by those handling the case.

He is a superb liar. "What's the name of the company you work for?" "Fields Roofing" as he is looking at a field lmao. Guarantee if he was black or had face tats the cop would've put him in the car to make damn sure. This proves cops think all convicts are stupid: "you would've done wrong by now."
