Prison Escapee Casey White’s Capture as Seen on Bodycam

Alabama murder suspect Casey White was taken to a maximum security prison after 12 days on the run. Just-released police bodycam video shows the 6-foot-9 White being taken into custody and searched over the hood of a patrol car in Indiana. His accomplice, prison guard Vicky White, shot herself inside the car following a high-speed chase. She died shortly afterwards in a hospital, and her death was ruled a suicide.

Everything seemed so well thought out...from the escape to the constant switching of vehicles, etc. But all it takes is 1 mistake and Casey clearly made that when he decided to dump the truck in a car wash outfitted with surveillance cameras. They say when you're breaking the law, you have to get lucky every day, but the law only has to get lucky once! Not only was dumping the truck in an area with cameras really stupid but then they ended up staying like a mile down the road! WTF?! With technology the way it is today, it's damn near impossible to get away. I'd like to think I'd do a little better job, but in addition to planning, there is also A LOT of luck involved!!

Everyone is mourning over this woman's death and wondering what possessed her to do this and saying "oh she probably regrets it" but tbh you don't escape with an inmate lover on your last day on the job because you were satisfied with your life ahead. Why is everyone blaming the death of the corrections officer on him? She was the one that gave up everything to be with a criminal. He didn't force her to break him out of prison. I'm not siding with the criminal at all. She's a 50 something year old adult that was eligible to retire and move away from the prison system, and start a new life. Instead, she chose to be with a criminal. She was well aware of her decisions, which is why she took her own life.
