Thank you. Grays are so useful and so many colorists leave the grays sitting in their pencil case because they’re unsure how to use them. I’m glad it was helpful and hope you get to try out this trick.

Dahlia is pronounced like da-lee-uh. I visualize it as Doll Leah. Delilah is a totally different thing. These flowers are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Dahlia is a flower and Delilah is a woman's name (as in Tom Jones's song.

My idea for this picture was to do the carnival in bright yellow and have the lotus flower dark purple as to appear as the night sky .. 💜 I hope it comes out well
