I’m impressed that both the more traditional, quiet version has the same power as the metal cover. The versatility and awesome flexibility of Dan Vasc is beyond belief .

I was concentrating on his facial expressions, breathing, and body language. He sings with such passion and emotion!

in this metal version, i nearly fell off my chair when you did that line that started 'you flee' and you took it all the way-up high in one breath. it took me by surprise - wonderful, talented.

Depends. TV Show Geralt wouldn't pay him a second glance. Video Game Geralt would challenge him to either Gwent, or a fistfight. Book Geralt would grumble angrily, try several times to shake him off, and finally just abandon him in the middle of the night, limping off into the woods on a broken leg.

I love the Witcher songs. That amazing scream that kept going up to the sky filled me with power and I'm ready to have an epic day. Thank you, sir, for all the joy you bring into my life.

i am actually loving the fact his voice suits both styles and the way he "fades" it over is just somehow so smooth its not an edge its just like the one leans over and blends in with no issue at all and the fade back is also so nice just to do the lean again admitting love for the music here - art still is art, wish more people nowadays would understand to do good music or even to cover music as good hell i'd even accept if they where half as good

I totally agree. I don't know if he is THE best because that's a very subjective thing, but he is there among the very top singers, no doubt

We love you too, Dan! The camera couldn't handle that amount of awesome - that's why it died. Seriously EPIC sound and the transitions between soft and powerful were amazing. I think it would be very interesting to hear you do a voice-and-lute-only cover, so I say go for it!

When that first "You flee..." turned from composed and sad to a perfect metal scream, chills ran down my spine and I hit that subscribe button like a fool. Also Dan kinda reminds me a bit of our (Serbian) violinist Nemanja Radulovic.
