Interesting... she said she had to audition for her part in this movie, whereas the other 2 got sent their scripts to play their characters (they were selected). I think her role was the main role, personally. In reality, her character takes a heap of courage to be. The world is exploring 'alternative living' openly and educating the mass to be more accepting. What kinda relationship doesn't have challenges?
