Great help to me. Windows 7 managed to find my printer. Windows 10 couldn't. The instructions in this video helped me show Windows 10 how to do its job.

Your explanations are quite clear, the only thing is that for people who have problems to see small letters (presbyopia), it would be of great help if you use the zoom option to see everything more clearly. THANK YOU!

OMGOSH THANK YOU !!! My Canon printer had quit printing what was in queue. I tried restarting computer, unplugging and replugging printr and everything I could think of. YOUR VIDEO FIXED IT.

Thank you so much for posting this fix. It definitely saved a couple of hours on the phone with hp support. I had already tried others fixes and this was by far the easiest one and quickest. Note: like he said in the video, if you cannot find your exact printer model pick the one closest within the range model of your particular printer.

The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system kzread.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.

How long did it take for the windows update?

Oh, man I thank God for you and your putting this up on youtube. I just bought a new computer with Windows 10, as 7 is done. Hooked up my 1018 and .. nothing... I spent 3 hours researching internet for answers, nothing worked.... then, I found your video. My 1018 is now recognized as a printer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooo happy!!!! Thanks so much Joel!!!!!!!!!

It worked. My HP LaserJet stopped working and had to turn to my old 12 year old Dell printer. Windows 10 would not recognize the driver after I installed it. You are a godsend.
