What page size were the books you published? I had issues getting any size other than A4.

@@ecko256 Hi! I have done 8 by 10 inches, 6 by 9 and recently the 4 by 7. We have done over 20 books between my wife and I and the template worked every time except once and that was my fault.

Just received one of my books which I published with CreateSpace/Amazon KDP in 2016 just out of curiosity and it is totally screwed-up with several blank pages, error on front and back covers, OMG I cannot sell THIS! and it WAS correct before I tried to push through updates. Was never notified by KDP. SO I've decided to rewrite "Ukraine! Through The Eyes Of An American Dreadlock Brain" and publish with LuLu this time.

I'm a bit confused. This tutorial says to size the pages exactly 6x9, but your tutorial on your website says: "Size your PDF pages to match the book you’re creating. Include the bleed dimensions of 0.125 in for your document. For example - a 6 x 9 in book requires a PDF with pages sized 6.25 x 9.25 in." Which is it? Your US Trade template was also automatically set up for 6.25 x 9.25.

Hi @PohaiPMF! Thank you for tuning in and apologies for the confusion. You will want your final file to be 6.25 x 9.25 to account for bleed and anything that will be cut off to make the final trim size of 6x9. Let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help!

Problem is...Lulu adds blank pages after my title pages even though I have already created blank pages and this throws everything off so that, even though I have had my book ready to go for quite some time I can't go forward. Support have been no help at all.

@@Luludotcom I had the same problem. My books are not lining up and I've gotten nowhere with Lulu support either. On the video it says the first page is on the right. Then the odd pages are also on the right. In my 2-page spread word doc it shows first page footer with my cover page, then second page is an odd page footer which I have as my copyright page for back to back. It is not lining up correctly.

@@Luludotcom Happy to help? I responded to the ticket I got then instead of getting help from Norman (the person who reached out) I get an email stating my ticket has been closed. There has to be a better way to get customer support. I'm still waiting on a response - nothing has been resolved. 😥
