Excellent tutorial. It seems some printers don't accept custom paper sizes-shame because following your steps it looks perfect on screen then when printed the confounded borders are back! Just thought I'd mention it for anyone in the same boat-perhaps following your instructions and thinking you're wrong. You're right and it works for most printers.

For whatever reason, when I am trying to print a 5 page document, it only works on the first page. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Sweet! thanks for the nice explanation. I normally use indesign and i get paranoid when i need to make templates for client which use Word. What a piece of crap software!!! Sometimes its like word simply likes to annoy the sit out of you!
