Mr. Ogbonnia Nwachi is the Principal of the Government Secondary School, Afikpo (GSSA). He was the former Secretary General of ATWA Worldwide. In this contribution, Mr. Nwachi shared his experience how Age Grade System helped ATWA executives resolved a conflict in far away northern Nigeria.
