It was Harry's decision to marry quickly before Meghan could develop her role within the RF such as Wills did with Kate. Kate went through much worse with the press and I can't recall Harry giving any statements calling them out. Jason Knauf referred to the protection of Meghan in the press...as was part of his job, it wasn't up to Wills to do Harry's job and defend Harry's wife, that was Harry's responsibility.

I know they are now saying that the Royals were almost begging them to return . They really thought the royals would not only crumble without them but receive severe backlash for not letting them be part in. That pay out is known as the Royal Grant. The government actually receives more than what they give in the Royal Grant. Taxes only pays for security. Then there is the billion that they generate through tourism as well. They also receive billions for charities from all over the world, not GB alone. Your itsy bitsy tax is really a drop in the icean of goodwill they generated

I love watching and listening to Prince William. I have watched him grow up and I’m so proud of him. He has a lot to bear on his broad shoulders, but he’s the one who can do it! With Princess Catherine at his side they will be wonderful for Britain and the West. Thank you both!

We love him so much that we tolerate and respect his father for merely being William's Dad. Charles isn't a bad person, and he has done some wonderful things, but he just isn't loved. Andrew is the bottom of the Royal Barrow, along with Harry & Meghan.

Prince William is deserving of all the praise that he will get for his great and sincere plans to end homelessness within five years. If anyone can accomplish this, it will be the Prince of Wales.

I am in tears forever listening to the Prince of Wales !!! Bot this all starts with love of Family helping each other out !!! ,So many issues oh how crazy this world is ;!!!!!!!

He will achieve this. He inspires people to join in and help, whether business or private citizens. We need to remember that There are a few types of homeless people: those who are drifters who beg outside shops, smoke, drink, take drugs seem to prefer a chaotic life fuelled by addiction. Another type are those who have lost homes through marriage break ups, mental health episodes, debt, these people often thrive once given a home, they often can take up jobs and get back on track. I believe William will striving to help this group. The other group reject safe dwellings with rules about lifestyles. This group should be offered Rehab instead to get them sorted for participating in communities they live in. Good luck William, you are a good man.

Hear, hear. I think the most vulnerable group would be women and children who have been displaced as a result of DV and unpleasant litigation outcomes and who have no kin to provide some roof over their head as they try to get back on their feet with work and school.

The first group (drifters) is also preventable, this starts from the time they are born (nurturing). Princess Catherine’s work targets this. Those with solid parental love and attention and role models for first 5 years (or early years of their life) tend not to end up the wrong way.

I’m so excited about him becoming King… he will do a great job…

My hats off to Prince William for undertaking a very real problem, homelessness. However, just building homes won’t be the complete answer. Often, the homeless are dealing with serious addictions and mental health issues. I hope he can help address all those needs, then I believe, there will be a significant reduction in homelessness.

Prince William is leading by example and using his royal platform to bring attention to important causes and acting in a way to encourage support and participation. Harry and Meghan are trying to create a brand promoting themselves and padding their wallets using “causes” as a way to do this.

I love the fact that he wants to do this ❤ but I’ve worked all over Manchester in various homeless charities, from drop in cafes, crisis shelters to more permanent shelters. And I WISH he could do what he’s saying, but it’s soooo complex it’s unreal 😢 the government funding isn’t there unfortunately 😢and charities alone can’t do it….I’ve loved working with the homeless, the characters the stories are life changing for yourself, and you can be life changing for them, but I’ve seen too much too know that this isn’t possible BUT whatever difference he can make will be amazing. Thank god William is going to be the next monarch because he obviously is a lovely man who shows how much he cares about his duties and responsibilities and he leads by example!! There's no looking down on people and the fact that he will Go out without any security or fanfare and try and help his subjects like he did when he went out and sold the big issue not for the publicity but because he really wants to help others and it's plain to see just how genuine he is and when he becomes king with Catherine as his queen I couldn't think of any couple I would rather have as my king and Queen!! They really try to be closer to the public instead of being distant! Without trying he shows just how spoilt, arrogant and entitled his brother is! If you didn't know any better the way Harry acts you would be forgiven for thinking that he was the heir and thank god that he isn't heir because if he was it would bring about the end of the monarchy but instead with William and Kate I can only see the RF going from strength to strength because as people they genuinely care about the country and as a villa supporter I might see him at the holte end at villa park!!!!

I wish you luck Prince William. But, you will have an upward battle on your hands. I worked with the homeless myself and loved it. It was one of the most amazing and fulfilling jobs I ever had. But you have so many challenges ahead. Start with the people and their mental health and work your way from there. It seemed to be a common denominator. However, once the program I worked for got all the staff together and we helped the people get stabilized on meds, jobs and homes they flourished! It was a joy to witness! I will be watching from Canada! Good Luck! ❤️🇨🇦

Yes, they would make a wonderful King and Queen. I applaud William for his compassion, his honesty. He has shown that at any time in the future he would be ready to rule with Catherine by his side. In the meantime. God save King Charles.💖💖

He is doing it the right way: counseling, providing homes, and jobs to help pay and keep homes. The solution is a combination of ways to deal with a complex issue by taking care of all the ingredients the problem.

I agree there will always be some who because of their circumstances and lifestyle do not or cannot be helped but if he can help the many that want to be rehomed so they can get on with life, get a job and contribute well that is good enough!

Ohhhhhh my God ! What a beautiful spirit. 🥰🥰. Instead of care about anything else , like Botox , hair transplants, self image ect….. he is in service of others. We can only get with who we are , so I can’t imagine Willam being with anyone else but his beautiful wife . He is his mother’s twin, inside and out. I am beyond happy, they didn’t only have 1 child.
