The majority of the people in the US were NEVER enamored of this ‘progressive’ gruesome twosome. This newsreader is late to the party.

In America, we might not care about "royalty" , but we definitely care about things like *FAMILY.* For Meghan to trash HLMTQ and Prince Philip as they literally lay dying, was a bridge too far. (And Harry *let* her!) She goes on about "compassion in action" but has cut her children off from *HER* ailing father also! If not for double standards , they'd have none at all.

I'm from Canada and now happily married to an American, and what I noticed is that Americans do deeply care about their family and family values. It is considered very rude and hurtful to publicly criticize your family. And no one does it here in the USA, not even those in public roles such as politicians nor celebrities. So, for Meghan to publicly mock her 96 year old grandmother-in-law, that was is so cruel and despicable. And Harry is a traitor to his nation. Americans do not like traitors. Once a traitor, always a traitor. Harry and Meghan can NOT be trusted, not by anyone, anywhere in the world.

Look at the U.K. we’ve spent a fortune on not just his security and later on hers but we ended up with a bill of more than £32 million for their “spectacle” of a wedding (her words not mine) without one word of gratitude or offer to repay the money. If they ended up riches to rags I wouldn’t lift a finger or even put my hand in my pocket to help them! They are despised here in the U.K. and I suspect they are despised throughout the Commonwealth.

I am an American, who loves the British people and the monarchy. I I do not care for Harry and Meghan. But with that said, we Americans don’t want to hear any more lies about the monarchy. We have all come to see and believe that Megen is a narcissist and manipulator a social climber. Very well said and so so true. Meghan has made Harry a laughing stock. Yes Meghan has brainwashed Harry into believing Meghan is a replica of his mother Diana (which is a very big insult to Diana. Meghan wears similar clothes to Diana and even wears the same perfume. Meghan has never loved or respected Harry that. He was a Prince and a Duke and she was just his wife. Meghan uses him as her lackey boy and controls Harry telling him what to say and what to do and god help Harry if he disobeys. From the time Meghan asked her friend to arrange a blind date with him and no doubt Meghan told Harry a load of lies. Meghan had a plan and Meghan has used Harry to get into the Royal Family. Meghan because she was fascinated with Diana she thought she was going to change the Queen and the Royals like Diana did which would make her a very important Royal even more but Meghan soon go shot up her arse when she could not and then discovered that in fact William and Catherine were more important and higher in the ranks than her which did not go down to well and that is why Meghan hates William and especially Catherine. Meghan had absolutely no intentions of staying in the UK for long. Her main ambitions which she liked were the titles, being famous and popular Meghan had no intentions of doing Royal duties and definitely was not going to follow any rules and protocols instead Meghan wanted to eventually be Queen of Hollywood where everybody including celebrities would bend over backwards to be with her. But then Meghan discovered the bully allegations agains her were being investigated by an outside independent law firm and that is when Meghan wanted to leave and of course Harry who is besotted with Meghan and could not believe his luck that a TV actress in the TV programme William’s and Harry watched was going out with him and so Harry was frightened she would leave him so he just went along what Meghan wanted Meghan got. So instead i on f taking to the Queen and Charles they went direct and told the public they were leaving but later they were advised to step down. What Meghan and Harry did not realise in stepping down That they would be classed as private citizens and non working Royals so instead of being placed with the Queen King etc they will be placed with non working Royals, they would lose HRH title and their other title Duke and Duchess there were restrictions that they could not use this title to make money and

Greetings from California! I can tell you with all confidence that most of America doesn’t like HnM anymore than the Brits do. No one here had ever heard of Meghan until they announced their engagement, and for me, at least, I started to dislike her halfway through the engagement interview. I thought she was really full of herself. Such a difference from Kate’s shy and thoughtful interview. Also, Americans respect hard work. We don’t like to see someone getting paid millions only to lose their contract for being lazy.

Let me correct you on one point, Mr. O'Sullivan... the Americans did NOT love them from the beginning. We watched their engagement interview and immediately the red flags went up as we watched Meghan's cringeworthy performance. It is possible a very small number of young people in the US liked her but the vast majority of us had her number from the word Go. We have watched various commentators for the past 3 years say that they were popular in the US and that opinion had only now stared to change and go downhill, and we have been posting our comments for 3 years that they were NOT liked here. Publicly promoting and pushing misleading, inaccurate, incomplete or wholly fraudulent lies about their past, their families, their goals, their beliefs and intentions. They climb up onto any and every soap box for love, kindness, compassion, truth and justice, equality and equity, understanding and respect for others and forgiveness and unity of people. Their actions are exactly the opposite. They demand their privacy be respected while violating other's. They lecture on bullying, loudly, repeatedly bemoan their worries for their own safety and the toxicity of social media while praising and thanking their fan base and social media supporters who threaten bodily harm, including un a living of the royal family and anyone who even constructively criticizes their glorious selves. They take credit for the work, the stories and the efforts of others as their own. I do not think as many copies of Spare sold as was reported to the public. Tables of unsold books were seen at bookstores that were counted as sold. Free copies were counted as sold. Two copies were sold for the price of one. Copies were returned. Copies were abandoned in hotels, etc. Few believe the lies in this book. The RF improved in popularity after Spare. Likewise I disagree that Meghan's memoir will have any more of a negative effect on the RF than Spare did. It will be a liefest that damages Meghan more than the RF.

The Earthshot prize is by creative & innovative. It is bringing grassroot solutions to pollution. I can’t stand people that attack their families publicly. Prince Albert of Monaco immediately spoke out about the inappropriateness of the Oprah interview. His comment was basically, “you don’t behave that way. It is not acceptable.” Kudos to him.

I was clued into her cold, social climbing character before the wedding when I read the Ninaki Priddy interview. She and Meghan were best friends since toddlerhood. I treasure my friends, especially those who have been in my life for decades. Meghan dumped Ninaki, her husband, her father, her bridesmaid Jessica Mulroney, and her in-laws. I’m sure there are many more she has used and dropped. That tells you all you need to know about her values.

As an American I can tell you that you are incorrect that the American's loved them. Some people, mostly women were interested in seeing what they would do. Lots were interested in seeing the Netflix show to see what happens behind the scenes in the royal family. Lot's of people over here didn't know who they were, and lots didn't give them a lot of thought. Now though, most cant stand them.

I'm Californian, and a huge, lifetime fan of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, the Royal Family, and Britain. Those of us who paid attention to mm and Harry could only be shocked, sickened, horrified, etc., etc., etc.. It really hurt me to watch helplessly as they did what they did to the beautiful late Queen with her heart of gold, which they had to have broken. I'll never forget, I wish I could, but I won't be able to. If they're going to fail, fall on their faces, run away with their tails between their legs, I'm here for it.

We all are sick of H&M playing victim to circumstances they created for the last 5 years.

I think the news, press, media, their PR companies and some charities love Hairy and his wifey. It keeps them with an abundance of ridiculous and comical news stories to report about. For the other companies, they will take what they can get. Bad publicity is better than none.

Grifters are grifters, regardless of which side of the globe you come from… dumping on your family is bad enough but dumping on the lovely Queen was just horrible. I’m American, and I am disgusted with their behavior. It’s deplorable and hypocritical to very high levels.

Just FYI - not EVERYONE in the US loves them! Wish Harry would go back to UK and take her with him. Do feel sorry for children though.

I;ve already commented on this....they have to be removed.....I.G. has to reorganize with better folk at the helm so this never happens again. One can write their letter of disapproval to the Assoc of Vets in Canada so hope that helps. We are in total support of our vets world-wide and this is for them alone so its important for this to be done!

Imagine being a veteran or a veteran's family member and typing Invictus into KZread only to get result after result of "Meghan Stinks of Smoke", "Meghan booed". Honestly that's what comes up. Just spiteful videos, I want to know about the games but other people's obsessions ruined it

Excuse me...I have a Vet in the family! We are in full support of our Vets and the Games. We do not want them held as pawns for H & M whims and pr. The only way to get them removed is to voice our opinion to the authorities in whatever country we belong to. Several elements here, but two are: 1. It’s a laugh to see the latest trouble their malicious stupidity has led them into; 2. It’s good to support the people who keep pointing out their hypocrisy and dishonesty and give them a ‘like’ so H&M don’t crawl back into public favour because people are allowed to forget how vile they are.

I think you'll find most Americans are not pro Markle's, nor are they "woke". The vast majority were not fawning over them from the start, and have respect for the Royal Family.

There are many, many Americans who never liked the Harkles, probably the majority. Their brand is dishonesty, selfishness and stupidity! The fact that they keep using their Duke and Duchess titles is offensive. I do think the King and Parliament need to take action to remove all titles from them including their children. If nothing else hold them in abayence, just stop them from using them. It tarnishes the monarchy and really needs to be addressed. It really reflect badly on the monarchy in general and Charles in particular.

When I heard he was dating some actress from the US named Meghan Markle, I literally had to Google to see who she was. She was not well known in the US, and Suits wasn’t a blockbuster at the time either. I think Americans have gone from being apathetic about her to strongly disliking her.

Rumour has it now that Netflix has just signed a deal with Tyler Perry (Lilys godfather) to write, direct and produce eight pictures over 4 years and Ari Emanuel (CEO of William Morris Endeavor and her agent) is involved in the deal. This is also apparantly why they stopped in Atlanta (where Tyler Perry lives)on their way home from their island holiday. Are we joining the dots yet?.
