I played PoP's trilogy and I also played PoP The forgotten sands. I don't know why people didn't like the forgotten sands but as I played I loved the story it has, my father sit beside me to see the ending, like he was excited to see what will happen next. Meanwhile, Prince of Persia the forgotten sands is the first game which my father liked although he was like our typical Indian father, who didn't have access to modern day tech like tv at his young time.

Pop is known for its top notch combat and variety of ways you could defeat you enemies whereas forgotten sand was not a bad title at all but apart from its visuals and puzzles it truly lack in combat like it's previous title....

I miss being chased by dhaka in my dreams lol😂😂😂😂

Actually there was one more money aspect as to why Ubisoft dropped the PoP Franchise. It was Jordan Mechner. As he co-owned the rights to the game, Ubisoft had to pay a chunk of their profits to him that they earned from the PoP games. As Assassin's Creed was Ubi's own creation, they didnt need to pay royalties to anyone and this made them work on more AC games instead

My favourite game series wil always be prince of Persia. That magical feeling of prince of Persia was something that no game has ever made me feel. The soundtrack, the magical world and the scary boss fights will always will be in my heart.

Warrior within was my first pc game experience, and I might sound biased but neither 'sands of time' nor 'two thrones' come close to its action sequences! I remember discussing ways to clear critical stages of the game with friends while going to school. That's pure nostalgia! I love the assassin's creed series, but POP WW will always remain special!

Prince of persia was an emotion i used to wait school to end so that i could play this game 🥲🖤

I am from Pakistan and boy, the craze about this game was impeccable. One of best childhood memories are attached to the legendary trilogy 😢 The way I used to enjoy and discuss these games with my friends, the dark prince and prince dastan were the best parts ❤ Dahaka was a nightmare of WW. I wish I could go back in time and play these in my childhood. Screw ubisoft, for destroying this series to the pieces 😭💔

Bro In Pakistan & India, it's almost one of the most favorite games of all (specifically mine, just love it), But Most people here don't purchase the game, and instead go for pirated copies. Therefore, even games are so much popular here, it doesn't mean that these are profitable to Studios making them. So, they stop making those games. In short, for a game to be profitable, it should be popular in European countries, whose people tend to purchase the game. Anyways, Ubisoft will soon make, POP Sands of Time Remake, Hopefully, it sells a lot and Ubisoft also remake other games of original trilogy (WW, T2T, etc.).

I think there should be a game that features realistic stories about the journey of a prince's path to becoming a king, filled with complex political situations, mature content, extreme circumstances, compelling narratives, cruelty, and scenes that depict both the life of a warrior and that of a prince. Adding drama to the storyline would enhance its quality. Crafting a masterpiece is a challenging task, but it's the very challenge that gives it value. Controversial elements could also be strategically incorporated for marketing purposes.

Thanks for bringing out the history behind the Prince of Persia. Although I have been playing each Assassin's creed game after their release, Prince lf Persia has always been my favorite still. There is a lot of nostalgia behind the game as I still remember playing the Prince 1 and 2 in the late 1990s in my father's computer. As a middle schooler I used to return home to play The PoP trilogy. Thanks again

I started playing POP Warrior Within first. Repeatedly played for couple of years and then played remaining of the trilogy. Still love Warrior Within. When played Forgotten Sands also liked it much. I was expecting a sequel of the POP movie as well with some magical/mystical touch unlike a plain story in the first like some dark creature like Dahaka will chase prince Dastan.

POP was not a game it was an emotion for real

But if you want all of them, then try Prince of Persia The Trilogy Till now, I love these games are in my heart, and always will be. I just can't deny it I hope they remake the games...it will be like heaven to me Also, Warrior Within is my favourite. Till now, whenever I have trouble sleeping, I listen to the installation music...I hope you know it, when you are alone, without enemy, the music kicks in I miss my childhood

POP WW is still the best adventure game for low end PC.

The game two thrones will always have a special place in my heart, i remember when I was a child I would always play that game and the black prince parts were my fav but I could never do those so I told my brother to do them, such a marvelous game

The Warrior Withing story was ahead of its time. The time when prince become sand prince, the game took a great turn. It was the first time I come to know about time concept. I was 9th when I played this masterpiece and played it 20+ times. Big reason of less marketing and less money was AC series. It was getting popular day by day and Ubisoft also keep their attention and money on AC series not on POP.

Usse acha game aur storyline Maine aaj tak nahi dekha. I just loved it so much Prince ko ek dark undertone tha hai partly due to the tragedies he has faced, but there was no bullshit objective of saving the princess and romance, entire game was pure adrenaline and action, prince apni jaan bacha raha hai aur usne jo chize ki use fix karne ka try kar raha hai that's ittt. For the people who don't know, time guardian Dahaka see ladne ka secret ending bhi hai game me jo proper secret ending hai farcry k jaisa nhi ki cut scene dikhaya aur game khatam, proper boss fight hota hai. warrior within me prince kitna badass dikhaya hai ki bhaii kya batau his indomitable courage to keep going, relentless fight with demons, decapitating the demons in unique ways, prince ko killing machine bana dia hai because he has faced so much by then and hurting a lot, human k form me superman bana dia hai, he doesn't give a shit about any princess or Vizier anymore, entire game is pure action and entertainment. Prince jo acrobatics karta hai aur fearlessly sare swords ko chalata hai it really shows ki ek prince he ye kar sakta hai, even though he is no longer in a mahal, he embodies a prince truly in this game. Meshnar ko jitni gali du kam hai itne ache game ko support nahi kia.

Prince of persia sands of time was the first video game i ever played. It'll always be the OG for me. Still one of the best. I have a lot of childhood memories attached to this game.

I use to play it in my PSP in 2011, thanks mom for giving me the best childhood.

Don't forget about kindred blades. It was suppose to be release not two thrones. But for some reason they choosed two thrones and released it with the 11 months of progress.

Ubisoft best game company hai. Warrior within and T2T two most beautiful games I've played. T2T gave the vibes of the Persian era. The palaces, forts, gardens, Prince's attire just wow.

I was literally introduced to the gaming world from the Prince of Persia warrior within, it was a real banger, It is one of my favourite games till date cause the story it has very unique and its elements are way ahead of its times, and then like Ubisoft too I also started playing the assassins creed games and then they also became one of my favorites due to its imersive storyline, I really want to see a full fleged movie on price of persia and aslo the assassins creed giving us the same mysterious vibes the games have flawlessly provided us through the generations, I absolutely love this video mate gave me a chance to reminiscine those feeling of nostalgia❤
