He said it in interviews and went into detail with Gabor Mate on a pay-per-view special about how taking drugs 'healed' him. Doesn't saying something in a public forum count for something? We don't need to make his visa application public; we just need a reliable source (like the judge) to decide if he lied or not and if he got special treatment. If this is all swept under the rug, saying that a lot of people would be 'disappointed' is an understatement. The mood in American is a bit ugly right now and special privilege to a twat like him would rile it further.

We Americans are having real issues right now on immigration. Harry not only wrote he used drugs he also repeated it on an audio and countless interviews, Words from his own mouth. This cannot be pushed under the rug if we are serious about immigration. Harry needs to go through the same process as everybody else and being stupid is no excuse!

As a citizen of USA; YOU NEED TO RESPECT WHAT OUR FOUNDING FATHERS DID BY REJECTING THE OLD English monarchy. GIVE YOUR HEAD A GOOD SHAKE, YOU CULT FOLLOWER. Our American Declaration of Independence notes in part:- “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, ( a human being is a human being ) that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Our founding fathers REJECTED the old English monarchy. Out of respect for our founding fathers, ALL Americans NEED TO REJECT IT AS WELL. If you disagree with this and think that you need a king who represents an old CULT - LIKE monarchy with a very bad history to reign over you, then you should move to England. A Cult of Personality arises when an individual uses mass media, propaganda, or other methods to create an idealized, and at times, a 'god-like' public image, ( Charles including the other representatives) through UNQUESTIONING FLATTERY AND PRAISE. All of the so-called English royals represent an old cult-like institution with a very bad history. The following words would apply to it. Racist, Incest, Adultery, Immorality, Tyranny, Brutality, Genocide, Slavery, Theft, Dysfunctional, Aloof, Irrelevance, Suffocating Formality, ABNORMAL PRISON - LIKE LIFESTYLE and ' HOUNDED ' by the OVERLY INTRUSIVE paparazzi. Not much wonder as to why Harry and Meghan PREFERRED to have their FREEDOM. Just ask yourself, how would I like to live this kind of a lifestyle, then I hope that you will understand Harry and Meghan's situation. What is a CULT-? The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, ( Charles ) Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged. The leadership dictates, sometimes in great detail, how members should think, act and feel. The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader and members, (Charles the leader ) The group has a polarized us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society. The leader is extremely protected and does not give interviews. ( Charles ) The leader is not held accountable to any authority. ( Charles ) Unquestioning adulation is expected from the followers. FREEDOM for Harry and possibly Kate as well- !

To some who say this is a hit job on Harry, no, it is not. I think it's akin to the IRS and tax returns. There is such a huge input of both tax returns and visa applications, agencies can't audit every single one. But when an applicant himself makes public info that would cause rejection or at least another look at the application, and they do not, it does harm to the agency's reputation.

I'm an American who has sponsored a legal immigrant resident. We paid a lot for applications and it was a meticulous and difficult process. Aside from redacting id numbers and addresses, and other PII that could be used for identity theft, there's nothing in there we wouldnt be fine with sharing, as we did everything the right way and have done nothing that would jeopardize residency, before or after it was granted. I agree that Harry opened himself up to scrutiny when he started meddling in US policy making - not just calling our first amendment bonkers, but also his work with the Aspen institute. He feels like he has some right to dictate how Americans should live and what rights we should and shouldn't have, while blatantly bragging and laughing about drug use that would get most of us jailed. Not just in the books but also in interviews and his crazy session with Dr. Mate. Immigration should have reviewed his visa application without having to be pushed. They would have for any other "non- celebrity" immigrant openly going on about decades of -and current- drug use. No special treatment for Mr. Sussex. Enough is enough.

If it is discovered that he has received special treatment and has lied on his visa. Will he suffer the consequences? I’m a UK citizen and I think I can speak for the majority of us Brits to say, we do not want him back. So if he does get deported, please point him in the direction of Africa, he can go and live with the Baka people.

Harry also declared that he didn't ski again after his mother died, yet he was subsequently photographed on skiing holidays with his father and brother. and also at the time of the Queen Mother's sad demise. Apparently, he also claimed that it was his wife who recently encouraged him to resume skiing again, when in reality it was Chelsey Davy who encouraged him to return to the slopes.

I think Harry embellished SOME. However, I believe his embellishments were, he did cocaine 50 times vs. he did cocaine 10 times. He killed 25 people in the military vs. he killed 10 people. His virginity was taken by an older woman vs. someone who was two years older than him. He was served two pancakes and his brother was given five pancakes. William had a nicer room vs. both rooms were virtually the same. His father cut him off financially in 2020 vs. his father supported him financially through 2021, Queen Elizabeth gave her blessings to name Lillibet after the Queen, on and on and on. I believe H takes partial truths and turns them into mountains, which essentially is lying.

Sounds about right. He doesn't seem to be familiar with the expression "Pyrrhic victory", because these exaggerations may serve a momentary purpose of boosting his ego, but they end up costing him in terms of reputation. It may sound old-fashioned, but some things don't change. A hundred years ago a gentleman would have preferred to lose a court case rather than be publicly proclaimed a liar. Harry may "win" this visa case because of this lawyerly argument, but becoming an officially certified liar will result in him being shunned both socially and professionally. Who will want to have any dealing with him, especially if they involve money?

He has been living here since 2020! He has used tax payer funded law enforcement on more than one occasion. He “works” here, does he pay personal taxes?! If not, why not?! Is he getting special treatment because of his connection to the British Royal Family, ie some type of diplomatic visa?! He is no longer a WORKING member of the Royal Family, so he should not be considered a “diplomat.” And for all of you who are already typing furiously that his wife is a citizen of the 🇺🇸and his daughter was born here, THAT DOES NOT MATTER!! He does NOT automatically get any type of “special” status without going through a rigorous investigation by the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).

Her citizenship was why they HAD to come to the US. No member of the RF can have permanent residency in Canada. No member of the RF has Canadian citizenship. Had the 2 ever been serious about staying in Canada. they could have initiated the process for landed immigrant status. Instead, Harry appeared to be trying for a work permit from at least 2 companies, but that fizzled. Meghan had even fewer prospects. She does have a niece who is an immigration lawyer in the US. Deals had been put together with American companies. Those pieces do come together rather nicely except there are some critical bits missing, because none of the above explains why Harry is able to stay as long as he has. Was he quietly given a work permit? As the husband of an American citizen that is quite within common immigration practice, and there is no need to become a citizen. However, a work permit should, normally, put more scrutiny on any possible legal infractions. And then there are taxation issues, given that he proclaimed the UK as his country of permanent residency.

Ah, the saga of the century! How to forgive someone who has committed the heinous crime of mocking Her Majesty, the Queen of England? Oh, the audacity! Meghan Markle, bless her soul, embarked on a quest to convince the entire planet that she was clueless about royal protocols. A woman who married into royalty yet claimed to be utterly befuddled by curtsying! The nerve! And then, dear Harry, feeling the weight of the world on his princely shoulders, decided it was time to unleash his version of the truth upon us mere mortals. A book! A tome of royal revelations! But lo and behold, whispers from the homeland suggest that Harry may have stretched the truth a tad. Allegations of exaggerated tales about his dalliances with drugs emerge, casting doubt on the veracity of his entire literary endeavor. Oh, what a tangled web they weave! Are we to believe anything these two say anymore? Surely, if one fibs about drug use, one's credibility on all other matters must be in question. The descent into the abyss of scandal seems inevitable for this dynamic duo. Oh, the drama, the intrigue! One can't help but marvel at the sheer spectacle of it all. For two people who claim the institution is so horrible that it needs to be destroyed, they certainly seem to be building their own monopoly with other like minded grifters who don't really want to work for a living. Since you seem to know so much about them, how did Rachel enjoy the Sentebale concert before their fake first date? That jacket she wore to Sephora was such a giveaway. The more these two try to slam the Monarchy the more it appears they are petulant children having temper tantrums because the Monarchy wouldn't do what they wanted... so they are going to do what they want anyway and stomp all over that which told them "no". Poor Rachel. If she thinks this is a TV show for ratings then she is seriously misguided. King Charles III strip them and be done with it.

I would disagree. Harry should have NO expectation of privacy on his visa application. My argument is that he presumes to act as an important public and diplomatic figure in the USA even though he was not asked nor employed to do so, but he often speaks on “behalf of his country” at events such as Invictus. He is also demanding police protection in the U.K. as an important public figure, which would open the gates for all countries he travels to, to then have to provide police protection paid for by the state he is visiting. If you check Enty lawyer, he states that Harry has already police protection of some description on a constant basis in the USA 🇺🇸 as an important public figure so yes, it should be held that he should have his visa application published.

Yes, all should be made public. He reiterated same “truths” everywhere, TV interviews, Dr. Mate pay per view, talk shows, etc. At no time did he say his story was fictional, in whole or part, in any of these other media. If fictional, did he lie about everything or just parts that serve him well in this court case? Liar and fraud

I wish Harry was subpoenaed and asked under oath about his drug usage. Is it possible, since it's becoming a focus point of the defense's argument? Harry must be in a great, great trouble when his DEFENSE is "I'm a liar" 😧 He would rather admit lying, that means the trouble is really BIG.

It was touted as the highest selling NONFICTION book. As a retailer, Amazon can classify it under literary fiction, but that isn't the final authority. In the US, always check the back side of the title page of the book that lists the publisher name, copyright date & other book details, including the ISBN number. It will usually list the subject and classification, such as nonfiction and the Library of Congress & Dewey cataloging numbers. The Library of Congress is the "authority" that libraries refer to when cataloging materials. The publisher promoted it as nonfiction.

Daniel, I appreciate your take, and I have to agree. I don’t think they will publish the document. They probably want to save face on both sides and the privacy clause lets them do that. Having said that, I don’t believe in preferential treatment, as it breaks equality. Daniel, do you think there’s a chance the court will order the pertinent questions published but not the whole document? That would maintain privacy for the most part, but still allow Americans to confirm that what’s being done is above board. That would appease most people I think.

I think his information should be kept private - as you noted, it opens up Pandora's box for any lunatic with a grudge. What I'm truly loving about this is that he basically will have to admit that his book is a work of fiction (which we all knew) - but it then follows that basically anything he's said is a pack of lies. If he'll sell a book full of lies, and try to pass it off as his memoir, what else will he lie about? The 'conversation' about the unborn child's skin colour? His damning statements about the Queen (Camilla)? The 'fight' with is brother? It basically lays waste to anything he's ever said. Not that this is news for any of us, but it's fun to watch him squirm over this.... :) Thank you, as always, for your clear, concise and informative videos, your channels are truly my faves. xx

As an U.S. citizen I don’t like what he said about our first amendment of our constitution. I think that’s very dangerous thinking. He not only wrote a book making his life an open boo, but he did interview after interview talking about his drug use. He also did a session with Dr. Gabor Maté, a counseling session, online on a livestream that people could pay money and log on and watch him talk about his life and his drug use. This is clearly someone who doesn’t care about his privacy in my humble opinion. I didn’t buy or read his book, watch his Netflix series, or his online counseling session. I don’t support publicly trashing your family no matter how badly you feel you’ve been wronged. I did however watch the interview on several different channels. I’m a new subscriber and I am really enjoying your channel. Thanks for all of your hard work in making and sharing your videos.

I don’t understand how the emphasis in this long drawn-out Visa issue has shifted. In the beginning it cited the many drug boasts in Spare and also Harry’s endorsement of hallucinogenics as part of his personal coping😢 mechanism. In one interview, I recall, he was positively recommending these hard drugs . So originally the US authorities were looking at H’s visa application to check whether he had declared ‘no’ to current or prior drug use. Now you’re saying his visa application is not under investigation, the US government are just deciding whether or not details of his application should be made public. I agree with you, revealing confidential information would open the floodgates, and surely we don’t need to see Harry’s application. What the US should be doing behind the scenes is investigating if H lied on those forms (that was the original issue). Any book before publication is checked, checked and checked again before release. So if H refers to his drug use repeatedly in the book, plus his proud boasts in tv interviews, why is that not grounds to determine if these statements equate to admissions/confessions? I find this baffling the way the enquiries have completely changed from potential fraud/lies on a legal application to become a citizen to suddenly a discussion on policy surrounding disclosure of confidential information. Maybe I’m missing something here, so I subscribe to your very interesting channel and you are the person to clarify this, hopefully.

Years ago, United States Congress enacted 9 Exemptions & Exclusions that ALL government agencies use as a framework to determine whether a FOIA request will be released or denied. The court appeal by the Heritage Foundation doesn’t stop Citizenship & Immigration Services from conducting their own investigation into this matter.
