What success? William and Catherine have done nothing. Spare was the biggest selling book of 2023 globally with 17 million copies. “suits” was the most streamed TV show of 2023. H&M have THREE new shows coming on Netflix plus Meghan’s lifestyle products. They’ve moved on. They don’t care about the UK or RF.

Good point Anne. Also, Princess Anne warned about Markle, as did the (former) Duke of Edinburgh told Harry to steer clear. "One steps out with actresses, one does not marry them." Ditto the current Prince and Princess of Wales. Both Markles former husbands have disparaged her (Markle is actually on her third marriage now). So in this huge quorum of warnings against Markle how come Harry pulled the trigger? What was he thinking? For myself, I think it was a combination of being over-drugged and he "just wanted to be different", without having the maturity to gauge people's character by those around them.

You are right. I love that Catherine is promoting and campaigning for early children support. It is the most important issue to address in terms of supporting the social, emotional and educational support of children to grow up in their community and become successful people.This is the important work of building a healthy society and Catherine understands that. Catherine does walk the talk. She grew up in a strong family and she has that support. I hope the British people will continue to support the monarchy and British traditions which many around the world are so impressed by. This message is from a humble Canadian who adored the Queen and was proud to be part of the commonwealth back in the day.

This book makes the Royals look as the better people. Harry and Meghan fingerprints all over this book.

Oh, I can tell you exactly what Catherine is 'guilty' of: she is well liked, she is married to the future king, every one of her children pushes Harry lower in the line to the throne. And if the allegations here about Harry having a crush on her are true, you have a dangerous mix. And I bet Meghan would love to be a queen. I remember the engagement interview. I stated to my husband that she was fake and that it wouldn't last. I couldn't find any record of any great humanitarian of philanthropic work other than a photo shoot. I remember stating that once they divorced all hell would break out, as she would use the racist card. I was wrong, she used the racist card before the divorce.

The King cannot just snap his fingers, our Constitution says that there are many things that stop the Monarchy taking steps until it is ratified in Parliament and this is one . I am an aunt of three mixed race nephews. Our family would not consider ourselves racist for being curious who they potentially would look more like. Curious about what “shade” they may be. It has nothing to do with hate. We believe all skin tones are beautiful. My family rolled our eyes when we heard Meghan use the “race” card. Wanting it to make it appear someone is racist and it may be something so far from the true as to the intentions. It maybe have been an innocent discussion with no ill will intended…. much how the discussion played out in my own family as for us being curious what features they may have. We love my family….all skin tones. Both sides of the “color” spectrum in my family were just as curious.

I'm a progressive American who doesn't feel strongly about monarchy one way or the other. But I like your royal family. I think they seem like good people. Kate is someone I've admired since before she married Will. She's around my age and my friends and I love her look and she carries herself so well. I agree 100%! Scobie claims Kate is not a leader & is not outgoing, which is absurd! She may have been a bit shy in her 20s, but who wouldn't be intimidated by marrying into the Royal Family? She clearly has a tremendous respect for the family & the institution. She takes pride in representing it with grace & dignity. Whenever there is anything athletic, she always participates with enthusiasm, especially if she's competing against William. They seem to genuinely enjoy each other & absolutely adore their children. The real problem is that Harry is jealous of William. Not only because he will be King one day, but that he has a supportive & devoted wife & three beautiful children. William also has a close knit family in the Middlestons. I think marrying into a loving family, like the Middletons, was so therapeutic for William. It taught him how a "normal" family relates to each other. Harry is simply overcome with jealousy. Somehow he managed to find a wife who purposely brings out his worst character traits & weaponizes it against him & everyone around him. Meghan is a text book narcissist & she has successfully isolated Harry from everyone she can't control. It's been really sad to watch. Meghan's jealousy of Kate has become downright pathological. I suspect most everything in this new book came directly from Meghan. I can't imagine how exhausting it must be to be Meghan or to have to deal with her. She can't let go of any perceived slight against her. She will never move on, regardless of what her expensive PR firms try to put out in the press. How pathetic. Smh...

I know what it's like to marry into a stable loving functional family who support each other and also give healthy space. It's so crucial to a long term marriage and I've been married now for 16.5 years. I'm Meghan's age, btw. And my family is also interethnic like Meghan's. And it has some dysfunction. But nowhere near Meghan's family discord. That's next level. I almost feel badly for her because she has no attachments and no relationships. Who are her real friends? It's not Jessica Mulroney. Who's her family? Her mom? Who may not have even been around when she was a kid? But I know people with worse families than Meghans who don't move through life destroying relationships and burning bridges so she gets no passes from me. I used to really like her, but her damaging and provable lies are too much. I hate to say this, but I totally think she led Harry down a primrose path that will only lead to more dysfunction and sadness for him. He now has no friends! He used to have dozens of long term friendships! And he was close with his brother! And grandmother and father! And now look at him. He's an island like she is. They both look ridiculous. I know that for Kate and Will this won't affect them long term. It's more just a temporary headache and sadness that someone they used to trust and love has become who he is. But they have real jobs and important things to do now and especially in the future when they're heads of state. Well, Will will be head of state. It's Harry that I feel will never recover from the sociopath that is Meghan Markle. Why did she have to do this? I don't get it. I'll never get it. She's a pretty woman with intellect and a great speaking voice. She could have done something good. But I guess it's because she's really just not a good person. At all.

Hi! I wonder who even has time for that!!! I am always so busy with my day to day life, I don't even have the time to visit friends. How would I worry about "enemies"? About what someone said years ago? I often forget mean things people do to me, I only remember the most important ones so they don't fool me twice...

It was just a conversation about who the baby would take after . They are a bi racial couple ( apperently) . So perhaps it was " I wonder if it will have dark skin with ginger hair or pale skin like Harry with Dark hair. What if the baby has ginger curls and dark skin ( Megan has naturally really curly hair ) . It's not racist to for couples or families to talk about what a baby would like . For God's sake . In Oprah . Megan said it was while she was pregnant and Harry came out and said it was before they were married . They made out it was racist . The world picked up on it and a year later Harry said they NEVER said it was racist . Of course AFTER queen died and the world had a go saying The RF was racist . Now its TWO people . This is Megan and Harry bringing it up again . Why have they not said they are suing Omid or the friends who she gave copies of the " private" letters too . Parts have been printed on a paper . Now the Two people being named in the Dutch version ? A translation error ? Its rubbish . Omid did this on purpose .

My dreams last night were all about MM using superglue to seal the fences and trap Catherine in her apartment with William outside trying to save her and she calling to him to save George. I found this conversation with Angela Levin very sad. You could hear at one point how distressed she was with the change in Harry since his involvement with Meghan. It must be so distressing to those who loved him to see how much he has changed, fallen and been taken over by his wife.

The English courts hold some responsibility for not admonishing TOW when she perjured herself in the English courts. There has been zero accountability for anything that TOW says or does. Why would she stop now ?

She spent 2 years following him around and researching him. She works hard and does her research. No. It opens them - and their charities, back room deals (press, politics, financial) and offshore accounts, secret engagements and “charities” (lol) up for discovery. The Royals are a criminal family, so they can’t sue.

No one could guess how evil Maggot was going to be. How jealous and bitter. I recognised during the engagement interview that she was telling lies about how long they had known each other. How she avoided an awkward question about him not even meeting any of her family except her mother. They knew each other maybe 15 months long distance. Not a true relationship. She was a low grade bit part actress, older, divorced. I did not approve and guessed quite right that she was gold digging.

And there was little Harry, lying like a naughty schoolboy saying megoon never called the RF racist!

She fought that she was going to be able to use the royal family to make her very wealthy but the queen put paid to that and what about the missing jewels

I think you'll find there are thousands of us that could have told you EXACTLY what MM was like. She gave herself away in the engagement interview. Shivers ran down my spine - I knew from the moment she started speaking that she was a complete fake. I'm not alone in this - so I'm not patting myself on the back, but if you know Americans and you have seen how Hollywood works, you will see she's as transparent as glass. Take a step back and just think about someone who has a wedding and invites A-listers that she's never met, does not invite ANY of her family - other than her mother who is another person I wouldn't trust for a minute, and it tells you everything. The damage she's done to her father, the late queen and Prince Phillip - absolutely unforgivable. I will never forgive Harry either. It's too late for him and it's high time the King removes their titles, removes them from the Royal website and we wash our hands of those two despicable, vile human beings - and they can take Scobie with them.

The fact that they are using Charles' habit about the shoelaces means they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Let it go. Live your life and let the royals live theirs.🙄

Several people have commented re ironing laces as some are very wide and easier ro thread when ironed especially some sports shoes also I believe some of the military iron their laces for the same reason!!!

As it happens the Kings shoemaker has said that the shoes that he wears have round shoelaces which don’t require ironing. I wish I had a shoemaker, I have awful feet which ordinary shoes don’t fit very well. I really don’t blame him getting custom made shoes
