Prince Harry and Meghan Markle accused of ‘lying’ amid latest ‘humiliating’ blow
The Megyn Kelly Show host Megyn Kelly has accused Meghan Markle and Prince Harry of “lying” following news the Archewell Foundation had been declared "delinquent".
California Attorney General Rob Bonta issued the delinquency notice on May 3 and said it was for ‘failing to submit required annual report(s) and/or renewal fees’.
However, a spokesperson for The Archewell Foundation has since released a statement to confirm the charity is ‘in good standing’.
“What they're claiming is oh the cheque was lost in the mail, I don’t believe that I don’t believe that for one minute,” Ms Kelly told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“You want me to believe that somebody put it in with the snail mail with a little stamp and it just got lost, that’s a lie.
“I'm just going to say it right now they're lying because they're humiliated.”

They ARE under investigation and have been since Jan./24. This is NOT about a missing cheque - it's about $11M missing from Archwell that they have not accounted for. Their accounts were frozen & they were prohibited from either soliciting or donating re Archwell and they have known about it since beginning of year. It isn't just recent !

Fyi .. filing compliance and other reporting requirements is almost always not about just "paying". It also includes submitting related reports to prove you are paying the correct amount. Without those accompanying reports, you cannot pay either and you will deemed to have not submitted at all.
There were so many bad moments on that tour from her 'bare' wardrobe, to being rude to children and Hosts, getting knocked down by Dr. Nogozi for every comment she made. But did we expect anything else. Love how Royal Family put out a disclaimer before visit stating it has NOTHING to do with the Palace. They are going down!

Harry will receive very little. Apart from minor bequests the whole of the Monarch's estate goes to his heir otherwise there are crippling inheritance taxes to be paid. This was agreed with government, in exchange for which the Crown Estates pay hundreds of millions to the Treasury every year of which they receive back approx 10% in the Sovereign Grant thus not relying on tax payers money for funding.
