Primrose Hill to Holland Park, Fortnum and Mason Tea, V and A - London Tour Tribute to our Mother

In this tribute to their wonderful late mother Joolz and his sister Lil' Lost Lou travel from Primrose Hill to Holland Park doing lovely things like having tea at Fortnum and Mason and going to the V and A (Victoria and Albert Museum) amongst many other places which their mother taught them about.

Joolz and Lou start in Primrose Hill seeing where Paddington Bear lives in the film. They then walk to Regents Park where their mother used to enjoy the rose garden and the open Air Theatre.
Then Marylebone Church and the Wallace Collection which is one of London's more hidden museums. Then Dudley House in Park Lane and on to the first telephone box in London outside the Royal Academy.
Next is Fortnum and Mason's one of London's most iconic and oldest stores. Very famous for their clock and the Fortnum and Mason's afternoon tea with wonderful selection of good quality products fit for kings and queens down the ages.
The V and A or Victoria and Albert Museum is a fantastic place to visit with a vast collection of art, furniture, sculpture and a wonderful cafe and garden.
Then Holland Park and Holland House which is home to peacocks roaming around and the theatre where you can see opera.
This is a fitting tribute to a wonderful mother who loved this journey through London.

I do not know to whom this is more a tribute. To your incredible mother, or to her incredible children. This video is beyond touching. The tender joy with which you speak of her is what every mother aspires. To leave our children with a loving legacy and fond memories, rather than saddened regrets is what we most hope for.

Joolsie, and Louisa, I loved, loved, loved this beautiful tribute to your mom Biagina! She was such a beautiful, beautiful soul and I believe all three of her children loved her (as well as your dad). Your mom loved her children so much, that she always brought them to beautiful places (restaurants, museums, etc.)--sort of what I used to do with my daughter (now 27) when she was a little girl. I really really enjoyed this video with you and your sis Louisa! May your mom, your, dad, and your brother rest in peace! Cheers to you both (and Simon) and thank you!❤💜

Lou & Joolz, Your mother was a lovely woman. I can't think of a better tribute to her, unless it were an hour longer. I can see she instilled her values and passions in both of you. I try to do that with my 6 year old grandson. I'm proud to say he actually ASKS to listen to opera when he comes to my house. He's going to Italy when he is eight and wants to know EVERYTHING so he can be ready. Therefore, we watch a lot of videos about the Roman Empire on YT. He can't wait to see Pompeii, Roma, Florence, and the Palio de Siena. I love Italy and couldn't be more proud that he has such a great interest. Culture is so important. I can't stand that we are being homogenized by the globalists who don't seem to value individual cultures..

Aw, my mom was born the same year as your mom, 1932. She lived to 82. My deepest condolences to you Julian and to your sister. Thank you for sharing memories of your mom in this lovely tribute. I’m sure she was proud of both of you. Love you both.

My deepest condolences at the loss of your Mother. This was a lovely tribute to her, and a teary walk down memory lane for me, too. So many similarities to my Mother (who'll be 89 on Saturday) My Mum was a model, and hated to fly. We lived in Italy, when the summer of '70 rolled around and she needed to bring me up to London for school. Of course, we had to bring the train up...lol. We spent that whole summer walking these same streets, eating in these same places, and visiting these same historical sites. Her boyfriend was a published Italian poet, who would break into poetry at opportune times, as well. This last Mother's Day, I had a Fortnum & Mason basket sent to her in Florida. Thank you for the walk down memory lane. Wish we had known your Mum back in the day. I think our Mothers would've been fast friends. Dorme in pace, Signora!

I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother, and you produced such a moving tribute to her. It looks like she lived a wonderful life. She was the mother of you and your sister, who make a lot of people happy with your insights, stories, and music. All which entertain the masses. I am sure that she knew that you guys are very special to many people. Thank you for all that you do.

Ms McDonnell obviously knew how to enjoy the best of London and passed that quality on to her children.

So sorry for your loss Lou and Joolz. What a beautiful tribute. It is very kind of you to share this with us. A lot of us are getting to that age where it’s really important to document as many memories as we can of our parents.

What a fitting tribute to a woman who not only lived to a grand old age but also who lived those years grandly! I have sent this to various relatives as an allegory, as advice - and as a warning 😂 I know at least some of them will appreciate it, especially my sister in law who lost both her parents over the last two years during COVID, both in their early nineties and long term residents of west London....

This was absolutely wonderful! Your mom seemed like a real character and a very good mother. What a way to celebrate her life in London. She's smiling, I'm sure. ❤️ Good job to both of you (and Simon) for creating a beautiful tribute we could all enjoy.
