▷ About Paul:
Paul Rodriguez, also known as “P-Rod” was recognized as a prodigy at the young age of 14, only two years after he started skating. His consistency, effortless style and persistence on his board led Paul to travel far from his home town of Northridge, CA to the City Streets around the world as a part of the legendary City Stars team. His passion for skating and filming with his friends led to his breakout part in Logic 6 in 2000, Street Cinema in 2001 and landed him Rookie of the Year in 2002 for his part in Tranworld’s video production “In Bloom.” He turned pro later that year.
Paul bought his first skateboard at the age of 12. When he’s not skateboarding, Paul enjoys studying the lives of influential individuals, including his favorites such as Alexander the Great and Bruce Lee.
Paul currently lives in Los Angeles.

Just sprained my ankle today for the fifth time in less than two years, and felt like quitting skateboarding today. Thanks Paul and Mike for giving me inspiration to not give up on my passion.

What's up
Satisfação em ver o Eric na equipe Primitive, me recordo dele aqui no Brasil, na pista da Saúde/ Hiena skatepark, à uns 20 anos mais ou menos...
Jeremy wray does the same type of foot placement for kickflips and frontside flips too 😊
Please come to Nagasaki!
3:30 spanish is talking about "bacalhau", in portugal we eat a lot of that fish
Kynosuke and Miles 💕✨
The frontside flips remind me of Penny and Reynolds with a super pop & catch. Incredible, get your leg session everyone was going off.
Mike With the blink-182 Feeling this Single T!! RESPECT!!
yeahhhh gettin in those pushups
we need more Miles's session
His kickflip foot positioning makes sense logically in terms of maximizing height if you think about it. By forcibly putting your foot on the opposite side like a heelflip you're giving yourself more time to continue raising the board up in the air before initiating the flick, just the same way moving your foot back on the board does.
@justinmusicandskateboardin9282
20 күн бұрын
and because whats important to do a kickflip is the position you get your foot to to initiate the actual flip, not where it came from, and travelling a slightly longer distance across the board doesnt really matter
13:10 ish, crazy echoes, is that due to architecture or was it an sound edit to remove c music? Sounds like this weird tube reverb i built some years ago. Edit: it's clearly the architecture, a low amphitheatre with higher buildings facing it, I love this shit, it makes the trick sound like a lightsabre battle❤
Que style, 👏👏
14:24 Aimu's Kickflip stance is BANANAS! and they are Nice too.
Can't wait for my signed board landed Nollie front foot flip 2 days ago dream trick now gotta do it to crock
15:10 Clean Kickflip🎰🍕🙏
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
are those the nike carpenter pants on prod, morning 1? If so I can save and commit I like how they look
❤❤
Miles🙌
Wacson Mass Primitive please 🙌🏽✨
Wassup Makoto! Mi amigo/tomodachi since back in the dizzay
It felt you are with them.🥰 They are all so good but for me Miles, Dylan and Aimu stand out. 🙏
Babyyyy
The announcement of your team demo in Osaka should have been bigger. I did not know you came to Osaka. I live in near the skatepark..
Next week?? Damit prod
Does miles put his grip over hardware?
I just noticed prod has all these crazy Nikes sent to him and he pretty much just wears the wheat SB dunks and the white ones
16:27 dylan seemed really confused that there was someone on Primitive that can’t kick flip backtail 😂
PROD on the freak tip

p-rod really likes the gym 😂
Jeremy Wray can kickflip like that, too. It's insane.
Классно 👍 Вы надолго в Токио ?
How is Miles doing his griptape last haha?
Everywhere man
Aimu must have learned how to kickflip from Jeremy Wray! In one of Jeremy’s interviews he said he always kickflips with his feet exactly like that so he could pop them higher. He was trying to do all his tricks over picnic tables, haha.
Aimu is too good for Primitive, no offense :)))))

bro the gym thing is hilarious i love that shit happens always lifes a bitch
What’s the name of the guy with THE kickflip ?
スケボーのトップなのに移動もホテルも庶民的でしたね。
Seeing Spanish mikes face in a vlog always seems to give a sort of context to all of his awkward questions to P.Rod.
Hi paul
thanks Paul🤝Arigato gozaimasu🙏
