As a broncos fan I want to relive 2015 every year of my life

I remember that game, we lost Rawls, but Russ was on some kind of tear that would've won him MVP handily if it weren't for how exactly the same time Cam Newton was also on a tear, Russ was consistently top of the line but always placed behind someone else who became irrelevant the following year while Russ carried on with his excellent play.

Perfectly stated bro. Russ was the epitome of great over and extended period of time but not excellent for a season. Hopefully our old friend (even though I’m still mad about how it all transpired) finds a home with the Steelers

One thing that’s a bit unfortunate is that his best work statistically was arguably 2015-2019, and for a couple of those years, the defense wasn’t the same (2017 in particular). Looking back at it though, Russell Wilson was a pretty darn good player. Albeit Ive heard some say that he has been too dependent on his athleticism, and that his game wasn’t likely to age as gracefully as more pocket pass oriented players have.

@@asher2102I took another look at the numbers and you’re right (22nd by points in 19). That said finishing 13th on defense (which they did in 2017) isn’t exactly anything to write home about either. 12-16 on the other hand were four straight first place finishes in the regular season and a third place finish. Better than the years that followed.

They really dug deep to find a 9 min clip. Dark days in ravens history 2014-2017. Justin Tucker was easily our best offensive weapon.

We didn't suck, we were hit by pandemic levels of injuries that season. Things got so bad that we had to change the playing surface at M&T Bank Stadium because of it.

If he can somehow grow about 4-5 inches, he definitely could. Problem Wilson has is he can't see over the OL when those guys are like 6'4 and taller.

Think about these facts. 1-in his 2 WORST years, Peyton Manning threw 26 TDs with 28 INTs one year and 9 TDs with 17 INTs in another. Fans called him an All time great and the general . 2-Eli Manning TWICE had 30 INT seasons. Fans called him ELITE. 3-Brett Favre threw 23 TDs with 30 INTs and fans called him the franchise QB. 4-Aaron Rodgers didn't complete a season pass in 2023, playing just 3 snaps and fans say he is still the best QB in the NFL. 4-Now Russell Wilson in his so called worst season threw 16 TDs with 11 INTs and fans say he's washed up. Russell Wilson's worst NFL season would have been career years for Vick, Teddy Bridgewater, Taysom Hill, Case Kennum and Geno Smith in most years. That's the standards Wilson has set for 12 years.

Record wise yes, but when you look deeper you can understand. Our season was over the moment T-Sizzle tore his Achilles in Week 1. This was 2021 before 2021 except in this case, we didn't have to watch a team like Cincinnati or Cleveland come out of nowhere to make a Super Bowl run that could have ours.
