I saw someone cleaning your truck and by the time I was headed back you were in there locking eyes with me rolling in front. I was trying to hurry up and go finish getting my new truck ready that when i came back to say whats up you were gone. Hey Rex great to see you back and doing well. I’m in TNT right now with a reefer trainer. They got me doing about 30k then switch to Tanker. Hopefully I can get you as my Tanker trainer. That would be a blessing 🙏🏾

When you place a IFTA sticker overt a old one it makes it easier for a thief to peel the good sticker off. It is a good idea to remove [when possible] to remove the old sticker.

Good to see Prime got the Wilson trailers,. Timpte is good too, but prefer the Wilson. Also nice to see they have the vibrator. You may still need to get in there depending on the product. The electric tarp is nice too.

Didn't know Prime did hoppers. Nice to do something different now and then.

Good evening Rex happy 2024 u know take care of Lincoln Town Car .

If you need to get inside the hopper to clean out, a rope from each end with knots to hang on to helps. Also watch the slides in the bottom of the hopper, keep them clean and everything works better. And if you can get an extra handle for the trailer, some one some where could walk off with the handle leaving you wondering how to unload...

You can help yourself out a lot of you just open your slides all the way, also don’t clean up until you’ve emptied both hoppers. Why clean up twice? Lastly, always sweep the inside, washout company’s will charge you a dumping fee for 5 lbs or more of product and the dumping fee can get pricey.

Your kidneys thank you for skipping the monsters, especially 3x a day 💪🏽

Ideally you would get it washed out somewhere but most of time you have to climb in there with a broom and sweep it out. Once it’s swept out just haul ass down the road with the tarp and doors open to let anything you might’ve missed blow out.

The squeaking brakes is probably due to minor surface corrosion that sets up on the rotors overnight due to moisture. Very common. Should stop making noise after a couple of stops.

Hopper loads are paid by weight, a refer tractor is too heavy. Or you can load heavy, which is what I did when I ran a pneumatic train in Nevada.

A finally come into hopper now do you have to have your hazardous material license to pull a hopper 😊

I don't you to be ignorant Rex but a coil pack is a coil of 2 or more coils which are in 1 coil pack module. What you have are coil on plug type coils.

I know they are individual coils, growing up my pops called them packs so it stuck with me. So I’ll continue to call them coils packs, even the mechanic at the shop felt the need to correct me lol 🤷‍♂️

Over the road training time depends but 10-12 weeks is accurate “prime pays $900 per week guaranteed” as long as you’re available for dispatch. My good friend is on a dedicated account runs food grade tankers. He is home weekends. When you talk to a recruiter let them know you’re looking for a dedicated account or off weekends. During training you will not be off weekends just an fyi. Hope this helps!

Hey don't cover up your old stickers because your new one will fall off eventually if you do that what you want to do is you want to get you some Goo gone and some rubbing alcohol and remove your old stickers with a very sharp knife being very careful not to damage the paint and then you want to put your new stickers on where the old sticker was

🤷‍♂️ no gap in his driving but prime required him to run 20k miles with a reefer trainer because nobody on the tanker side wants to train we don’t get those kind of miles after his 20K we ran about 18days teaming. He just upgraded and got his truck. Hope this helps
