I've got an online primary class teacher interview this Monday. I'm absolutely bricking it. I've prepared myself and researched the school on the website. I'm sure it'll be fine, interviews can be daunting.😌 I'm applying for my host school (school direct student) who have only now just put a vacancy out- closing date 22nd May😏 however, safe guarding myself by applying to other schools just in case I'm not as successful.

Hey sweet, as a christian having the opportunity to talk about Jesus (while being respectful of other religions obvs) appeals to me greatly!

Do you need to be good at maths to be a primary teacher? I’m not awful at maths but I just can’t imagine that I’d be as sharp as I used to be when studying my GCSE. I saw on your vlog throughout the week that you did decimals and all that sort of stuff, do you have a refresher lesson yourself so you’re able to teach it properly? Same with subjects like history, do you give yourself a lesson before you go on and teach it so you know the ins and outs? TIA :)
