Prima Power's integrated, continuous-flow inkjet marking solution ensures the availability of sufficient information to the next process stage: logistics, assembly, packing, etc. Marking can be made at 0° or 90° angles (optional).
You can customize the standard template with your company name, logo etc. using either the handy control panel or separate PC software. Information from an ERP system, CAD/CAM specific can be printed on parts. Access to the few maintenance points is easy; cleaning of the head is required only once per shift.
Operating costs are very low, just add ink and additive. Ink marking causes little or not extra work in later work stages, as the mark can be simply wiped off of painted over.
