I remember the street when the reel culture where there, gypsy ghetto, only three pubs, live music every weekend, young artists from the city had a place and the chance to shove theirs work, but now? It makes Me cry... Money killed the place😞

Hi there, I've just subscribed because my wife and I are going to Nesebar in three weeks' time. Your videos are really useful in explaining the things that tourists would like to know! Could I ask a few questions? How much Bulgarian lev do we need to bring with us for one week? Do supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc accept card? Are taxis OK to use (rip off or not?) - or better to use public transport? Thank you for your amazing work. Keep it up! Dan

Thank you 🙏 Taxis are a rip off ! Overpriced and one driver offered me Cocaine. Can somebody please help us and tell us the cheapest taxi company to use while in Sunny B ? .. post on comment’s please 🙏 Buses are 2 lev (£1) timetable at the bus stop You need cash for almost everything! Watch my other tours & I explain where to change money! Bring Euros or GBP and change it in the resort Hotels accept cards or bib famous restaurants with a minimum spend. Look at the menu before you order and check your change Any more questions then just ask…

11:38 Of course there are direct flights from Ostrava to UK. One of the very few destinations from there.

In 1996 I spent about a month in Ostrava. Of course it has changed a lot and is unrecognisable now. In 1996 Radagast was £0.20 for a half litre.

@@travelwithcol4625Very few people spoke English, some products in shops and supermarkets weren’t quite comparable with Western European standards. With the exception of McDonald’s, there weren’t any international shops/ franchises. Good coffee in cafes was hard to find. I spent 1997 in Poland where the situation was similar, still plenty of milk bars etc. Things were changing quite quickly though.
