Hancock is a down-and-out superhero who's forced to employ a PR expert to help repair his image when the public grows weary of all the damage he's inflicted during his lifesaving heroics. The agent's idea of imprisoning the antihero to make the world miss him proves successful, but will Hancock stick to his new sense of purpose or slip back into old habits?

Man I wish this movie was more of this and none of the weird angel lover twist thing. Just a story about a run down and selfish super hero trying to learn how to be good for the first time in a more grounded world was already interesting enough on its own.

It would make for a better film. But they would lose a big chunk of female viewers, and by extension a big chunk of male viewers because their Girlfriends didn't want to watch it because it has no romance in it. And this is the problem with Hollywood, its never about making art, its about making money. The artistry is just a happy accident.

Honestly, dude would probably be a great actual super hero. Even earlier in the movie despite how asinine he is about his approach he genuinely wants to do good and help people. The Boys' universe would greatly benefit from someone as powerful and yet also as moral as Hancock.

Does that really surprise you? If you knew how often this happens, there is enough material to show you. There have been incidents where people didn't get enough of staring and wanted to get even closer, so that they actually got hurt or were dragged into it (as a hostage, for example) and as you've heard, the shooting has been going on all morning and I just think that's what they are Police officers already had enough to do with being shot at and having an injured colleague that they didn't come to, that this was just the last line and you can also see that no one really cared that people were standing there and pushing, especially news anchors and Cameras were and they are a completely different story

So the bad guys (just 4 of them) took over the bank and got into a firefight with the cops "all morning" (according to the police captain). They took the time to strap C-4 to everybody and they were trying to break into the vault. That's a lot of equipment, ammo and supplies to be bringing in for a job that they could have done similar to the bank heist in Heat without all the extra hassle.

My guy is capable of cratering the moon to the point where you can see a message on it from the surface of earth without the need for a telescope or anything of the sort. Dude has the physical strength and durability to fold Homelander without any difficulty. And you know damn well the moment Homelander gets territorial, which he will, Hancock would feed him his own teeth.

So.... he takes the guy's hand with the dead man switch... and carries out of range of the explosives? Isn't the point of a dead man switch that the explosives don't detonate as long as they're receiving a signal? Or have I got it wrong? Is that if the trigger is let go, THEN it sends the detonate signal?

He didn’t prevent the bank heist. He ended the bank paste. If you’re gonna steal Content, the least you could do is get your title, correct.
