Thanks for the link to the correct push pins and tool (ok "rivets" like Polaris calls em!). I have a 15 and a 19 570, and the pins are all trashed from vice gripping them out.
Well said man. Gonna check out that playlist

I know right??
Good advice. Rebuilding my front diff. Major pain that is totally unnecessary if you know to watch your unjoints, bearings and diff fluid. As the machine gets old if you go in water change the diff fluid frequently.

Very nice video! It is very helpful indeed, but I could swear I could feel you staring in to my soul the entire time lol!

That’s how I roll. Glad you found it useful.
I'd be very curious if you could get a roller bearing in that size. Polaris loves using the cheapest parts possible and ball bearings are the lowest of low. There is a reason the other brand uses tapered roller bearings. 😎 Keep up the content Don I am glad you and Taryn are polaris buddies now!

Ya it’s funny how during my research that the 2016 HL(first version) had 2 pinion bearings...funny how the new S models use the RZR front Diff! Thanks for the connection with Taryn!

The adventures are NOT always on the trail...
Always make sure your tire fluid is over 1/4 per tire or it will cause havoc on your wheel bearings..

I have trouble with keeping grease in my wifes muffler bearing, especially if she uses 4 wheel drive in the mud

Keith belz definitely make sure to clean the spark arrestor in that muffler!
Nice
Where did you get your ujoints and are they the same part number for both?
@ADVENTURESThisWay
3 жыл бұрын
off amazon BUT for my model year the front and rear prop shafts use different sized u-joints! Check Partzilla website to see all the part numbers for Polaris for your machine
Sad thing is new parts from Polaris are almost as sloppy as what you are replacing. I have done tons of rebuilds on Polaris machines, too many Chinese parts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Do you have any tips about the adc system. Im blowing the fuse on the drive and when i unplugg the adc on the input case i dont blow the fuse, i dont have the adc activ on the switch but it blows the fuse anyway. I have ohm it and its 12.1, so it seems ok. Cant find any kinks in the wiring, so do you have any idea 😮😅

Sorry, I haven't had a Polaris for a few years. Sounds like something is shorting out in wiring inside the diff wiring maybe.

Don, you're kinda scaring me with the big wide-open eyes. I feel like you are looking deep into my soul 😂 You can make them serviceable! Just takes a little tap tap tap and away you go. Lube is always gooooood! Never want to send it dry or dirty!
