Hi chef, first of all I love your channel and recipes, my family really enjoys them. Maine dum aloo 4 baar banaye following this recipe har baar sabzi khatti banti hai, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, tamatar aur dahi bhi khatti nahi thi but still sabzi mein bahut khatas thi. Please help

I think damalu is slow cooking. To be cooked without gasket for long time, Or if with gasket slow down gas at whispering before whistle for long time
