What a stunning car and that interior! Wow. The French carmakers really do have the potential to be the best and beat the best. They have the tech and the style and the quality and have amazing concept cars then....they never produce it. Like why not!!?? Imagine this car for sale as is rotating lights and all.

SDav21 French car maker are already beating the best :) French car are hitting sales summit these last years! And the Renault group (Renault Nissan Dacia) was one of the can manufacturer that sold most car through the world in 2016!

I think France has the most unusual state car in the world. No one else decorates their state car like a jewel. Also traditionally the state cars are not supposed to be chic but that's not the case with the French. 😛 Personally I also like this approach but I think a state car should have a bit more grandeur. May be an extended wheelbase could have done that....

I like it. It's a start of DS. My only concern is hopefully DS won't become just a re skinned Citroen. The underpinning engineering needs to convey that sense of Avant Garde spirit, quality & luxury it proclaim it is as well.

I have to admit it looks very good, but I hope DS get their quality sorted soon

I wish DS luck with the DS7. I've driven Citroen for many years but not a DS so far. The design to me looks of a very high standard but just a bit too similar to Audi/ Lexus. Still they must think that's what they need to do to capture the market. Great video by the way :)

These cars was in the usa.. but the model wasn't for the American, and he don't bought that. So, Citroën and Peugeot stoped the production in north america and continues only for latinos. Sorry 🤔🤔🤔

PSA is returning in usa with a company of sharing vehicles or for rent. a king of mobility service company. There will be stations of vehicles for rent with your cellphone also. But you 'll can't buy them. PSA has bought the company Blue car already in usa with electric vehicle for rent . Search " BLue INDY " for example in indianapolis.

How is a landcruiser a "better choice" over a hatchback ? I mean, you could argue that a BMW 1 or 3 series is better, because they kind of compete in the same category, but a landcruiser ? I mean if you considered a DS 5, 4 or 3 you certainly thought that they were suitable for your lifestyle (i.e. your needs), so how come you chose a lancruiser lastminute ? You decided to go and live in the mountain ?

because citroen is stylish but not the kind of car you can use in tough conditions...maybe land cruiser exterior is rubbish but it's really rugged and suspension is indestructible...bigger wheels - smoother ride on the busted road. plus frame always reduces vibrations

rolande59 first it's a DS, not a Citroën and if you would know a bit about the history of automobile you would have heard about the reputation of Citroën in terms of technology and comfort through it's long history with iconic models like the DS, SM or more recently with the C6. Few cars can compete with these cars in terms of comfort and innovations.

Nope, DS is the luxury brand of Citroen, in the same way Infinity is luxury for Nissan and Lexus for Toyota. And if you feel really adventurous, sink ca. 70k USD into one of these wannabe Q5s and watch the resale value drop.

HISPEEDLEVEL the C5II was out in 2008 and the BMW série 5 f10 (I guess it's the one you are talking about) was out in 2010.... And I personally don't think that they look like the same... according to you all the sedans look the same? The Passat? The Renault talisman? The C5 and bmw5?
