Its a modified F450 that contains radio/cellular/internet and any other telecommunications relaying equipment so anywhere the motorcade goes it does not loose signal even for a second with the rest of the world. It also prevents cellular and communications jamming equipment. (You can buy that off the internet) It also provides some surveillance with cameras constantly scanning the road and buildings for potential threats.

V-22 Ospreys, they’ve been knocking about nearly 30 years now. Only USA & Japan operate them though there was talk of our SAS / terrorism response team getting them for such incidents, sadly that’s gone cold. The V-280 Valors will replace the V-22 in the near future.

There’s various reasons for that: 1. The prime minister is not head of state, the queen is, so all the protection is directed for her. 2. The US is the most powerful country in the world, so trump is a desirable target for terrorists. 3. Americans have a reputation for thinking big and exaggerating everything, so it’s no surprise that they “flex” their muscles in their presidential motorcade.

Every airport requires fire support. The helicopter landing zone becomes a temporary airport. Similar cover is provided when Marine One lands and takes off at the White House. Even London's Air Ambulance has a firefighter on the roof of London Hospital. If you lose an engine and make a hard landing you need an immediate reaction, regardless of who is flying. But in the case of POTUS, precautions are maximised.
