@@MrConstantine02 They haven't presented any evidence to the higher courts yet so I can't say. Those lower court cases were expected to be thrown out and overturned. It should proceed quickly after the holiday weekend because a massive amount of evidence and witnesses need to be presented before two deadlines in early December for vote certification and the vote of the electors. But Trump has a very strong case and he has already selected the Supreme Court Judges he wants for each contested state. He has plenty of evidence and a pretty clear legal path to overturning Biden's supposed victory
