Whatever they say usually attracts lots of risks to national security, that's why their public speeches are limited. The CS of Interior and other related ministries do the job of briefing the public on certain key matters concerning national security.

we as Kenyans living in Germany, send our heartfelt condolences to the family of the departed General Ogolla, his other colleagues , the president as the commander in chief and to all kenyans. As patriots we feel the pain of bereavement as Kenyans. May their souls find favour in eternal peace, we are together in prayer and may we be granted grace to bear with this loss.
