Yes when I was young whenever I see him on the television giving speeches I stop and listen because I admire him and that I know that whatever his saying was true and he knows it and comes from his heart. Not unlike the other presidents after him mostly Cory and noy noy they're reading their speaches not even sure if they really know what they're talking about... So sad that our country has to supper for all selfishness and mistakes that they have done, Fidel Ramos, The Aquinos Gloria Arroyo, Mar Roxas, as well as the lopezes of abs-cbn and cpp npa... Now our country where starting to build a better future hopefully no more stupidity may come and ask people for another coup. God Bless the Philippines and it's People.

As for me, he is the best and number 1 president in his time in the Phils and in the world attested by leaders of the world during his time. He is a good leader and planner. I was in high school then during his time. One of his plans that time as I remembered is to erase the existence of CPP NPA in five years. He said that prior to EDSA Revolution. That's why that revolution was not launched by silent majority but for the opposition including leftist and Filipino communist.

What university are you from because my grandma said that some of the schools that time got infiltrated by Ninoy Aquino and Joma Sison which is why the reason why the CPP NPA grew so quickly and is a big threat that time

The fact that I'm personally hearing his words made me wonder if he's the real culprit of the crimes happened during martial law, and if he is really responsible of what the others call as "ill-gotten wealth." This man speaks from his heart, and is determined to make the Philippines a great nation, and yet, many of the new generations nowadays blame him of the crimes that transpired during his regime. It made me lead to think that there are individuals who wants to topple the government during Marcos' time who play the role as parasites of the country, and not Marcos himself.

I'm wondering how a president like Marcos able to commit graft and corruption during his term when all his talks emphasize his efforts of making the Philippines a great country? Compared to the following presidents after him, all made promises and plans for making the country great after Marcos dictatorship, but where are we now? We all know how the justice system works in the Philippines, and some decisions aren't decided according to what is really the truth. Some of these decisions are made out of "connections and personal interest."
