Since 2015, the pallium has been bestowed in the respective see of the metropolitan archbishop. But the Pope can also present the pallium to the archbishops in St. Peter's Basilica at the Mass of the celebration of the patrons of Rome.

I love Pope Francis may he bless everyone.
A list of the archbishops that received the pallium would be helpful in the comments. Otherwise it’s just another papal ceremony of giving gifts and shaking hands. Just a suggestion it would make it more informative.
