Nah, even for the US, that's a crazy price. Amazon has high prices for foreign foods sometimes. When I go to my local Asian grocery store in the US, it's way more reasonable than this

I used to make something similar just wasnt diy japanese style ramen. It was more americanized and barebones due to being broke lol. I'd boil my noodles, drain and save some water, throw some butter in the pan with chili flakes, toss the noodles back in and fry em up a bit, add the remaining tablespoon or so of water and then douse it in hotsauce to make a sauce base. Sometimes if i planned things right i would've had some leftover chicken to cut up/shred and add to it. While far from traditional ramen, it was like a fried noodle buffalo chicken ramen fusion dish. Was still good and just as easy to prep/cook as this though, but still a viable recipe if perhaps japanese style ramen might not be up the alley of others.

I noticed you have most of the devices you use on your website but not the schwarma rotisserie device. Can you please tell me what that is?
