i love how you mention that you incorporate God in your life. it’s so true when i feel anxious i listen to worship music and pray. i also appreciate how you mention that when you are off a routine you tend to unintentionally forget to do those things. luckily we serve a God who is open to us no matter how many times we may forget/neglect Him 💛

This vlog was soooo relatable. My anxiety has been terrible with my last year of nursing school coming up, I know I have a lot to do but most days I just want to lay in my bed and procrastinate because I don’t want to believe i’m starting school again and all the worries, late nights, and tears are coming back! i’m glad you have made this an environment where we can share how we feel and you comment back 🤍 I wish everyone the best with starting school up again! I felt that to the core!! My last semester of nursing school, just writing out all of my assignments, clinicals, classes, quizzes, and exams....PHEW LOL. My planner barely had space left in it!!! It was nerve wracking. Then when you have so many assignments you worry about missing one! LOL it's a lot but VERY MUCH worth it.
