Can I give a tips? Use condensed milk instead of sugar. It tastes better.. I sell homemade burger, and my customers loves my burger sauce. They even sometimes buy extra burger sauce for dipping the fries

Honey also gives an extra special kick to most sauces, also you can melt the sugar in the vinegar in low heat and it completely changes the flavor of the resulting sauces, or melt the sugar in a bit of milk does almost the same as condensed milk, ive done literally hundres of experiments over the year with basic sauces

Ça peut fonctionner, honnêtement moi comme j’aime pas la mayonnaise j’ai remplacé avec du yaourt grec pour la sauce berger(je pense que ça marche aussi avec du yaourt nature) et ça passe, juste j’ai en peu rajouter de la cannelle pour apporter en peu de légèreté dans la sauce

These *look* really really close to the originals. Haven't seen a lot of McChicken mayo-style sauce recipes quite like this one. I'll have to give it a try! Update: I found the mayo sauce too sweet, so the sugar was probably unnecessary
